Don't be fooled by the photo's, the room is quite run down and in need of an upgrade. Bedside light not working, metal strip leaning against wall off side of headboard, cupboard door hinge in front of fridge broken, needs a proper shower not a shower over the bath - hard to keep water off the floor. Air con stuck on 23 could not go cooler. Paint is in very tired cond.
Hotel wanted $40 a day for parking, Cypress carpark was only $5.50 all day and nights were free, a very good deal.
Location is excellent with tram and buses close by, walking distance to restaurants cafe's.
Overall we had a pleasant stay.
