Large Waterfront Home on the Gold Coast
Situated on the lake alongside Palm Beach, this large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is now available for holiday rental. Great opportunity for anyone still looking for accomodation during the Commonwealth Games in April.
Ideally located along the Commonwealth Games cycling route, only a short walk to a large shopping centre and a few minutes drive to the beach.
Great for entertaining and ideal for families, guests will enjoy the spacious house with multiple living areas, in ground pool, billiards room, reading lounge, undercover outdoor entertaining, bbq, additional sun deck area, plus a huge third entertaining area with outdoor setting and gazebo right on the lake where the resident black swans swim right up with their babies. There are plenty of fish in the lake if you decide to catch your own dinner, including Mangrove Jack and Black Bream. All fishing equipment is at the house, including a sink on the waters edge.
All the bedrooms have built in robes, and the main is equipped with walk in robe and ensuite.
High quality furniture throughout.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
Laundry incl washing machine and dryer.
Unlimited fast wi fi, Netflix and Stan are all set up for guests to enjoy with a 65” TV in the lounge, and a 46” TV in the billiards room.
