The surrounding area of this property is absolutely stunning, with vibrant scenery and plenty to explore—it’s truly a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the property itself didn’t match the quality of the surroundings. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and felt very rundown. The contrast between the beautiful location and the neglected state of the property was disappointing. With proper cleaning and renovations, this place could reach its potential, but as it is, I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s a great property to stay with family, they just need to upgrade the mattress and single beds/mattress as they were not really comfortable. Also need to provide more cups/glasses, no wearables in the bathroom and nothing to clean/wipe the floor after taking shower. Our son slipped twice in the bathroom due to wet floor. Room service would be a great comfort, at least every second day for someone who is staying for a longer period.

We stayed here and added an extra night. We found it a good place and would book here again for the convenience, the following is a list of pros and cons we encountered. Pros- Location and proximity to all you need Tram, shops, restaurants and the beach Full kitchen Views of the sunrise were exception on the 41st floor Spacious for a family Spa bath Parking and the security of parking Comfy bed Full size fridge Quiet even near the lift Cons- -Lack of extra Toilet paper -Dish soap is a small package and gets everywhere! We bought some from woolies downstairs -Damaged and very weathered bathroom vanities, along with some walls having minor damage -carpet bubbled enough to trip - finger prints all over the walls and scuffs all over the walls, we bought spray and wipe -Chipped furniture -towels for the shower and a bath mat for each bathroom… none for the pool and no fashwashers. Bring your own for the pool/beach! -The hideaway bed lounge is very uncomfortable and felt like you were slipping off every time you sat on it All in all great place to stay and they are only minor things that would be easy to get around with the heads up. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

Great place to stay. Close to shops easy walking to cavil ave, great pools and spa, loved that the kitchen came with all cooking utensils so we didn’t have to rely on eating out for every meal. Thank you

Excellent location, close to everything from supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The room was spacious and facilities amazing. The room itself could use a little TLC with some of the furniture and fixtures being a bit worn and grubby looking. Overall it was fine. The location and amenities made up for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful view and set up of property. Mould in all air con vents which also never worked properly as the sun hits the apartment in the morning and could not assist. Also had no burners working on oven which needed maintenance and smoke alarms had not been checked or replaced since 2019 and chirped all day and night. Had to call twice for them to be looked at. Very disappointing stay to be honest had so much potential. Was not offered any sort of compensation or partial refund or anything from Holiday Holiday.

Only issue with accommodation was how slow the lifts were and amount of people queuing. That definitely won’t stop us from coming back amazing view and walking distance to everything.
