Nice hotel close to everything!

When we arrived, a staff by the name Dee welcome us. She was very warm & pleasant. We were given a room on the 12th floor. The view was spectacular! Room was clean. The hotel was closed to beach & shopping. My kids enjoyed. The only complaint was having to leave! Grosvenor will be our place to stay on our next visit to Gold Coast. Definitely!

Hotel a little dated and showing signs of wear and tear however,great location, friendly staff and very clean accommodation.A relaxing few days on the beach and walking distance to central Surfers Paradise and the nightlife and restaurants it has to offer.

Wonderful family holiday

We had a fantastic stay, Wonderful Managers, beautiful room with beach and pool views. Would defiantly go again. We had our own portable WIFI , so can not rate the service.

Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments

Directly across from the beach and just around the corner from Cavil mall. Superb room exactly as seen in the web photo add. No problem using the tennis courts as a soccer pitch for a kick around each morning. Flexible and very accommodating with late check outs which was really great for our last day knowing we could return for a sit down and relax any time.

Fantastic weekend stay

We had a lovely long weekend stay at the Grosvenor. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped and the staff are very warm and friendly. The location is fantastic and the views amazing.

Quick trip

Stayed for 6 nights and accomodated early as we requested due to early arrival. Appartment on 4th floor - good view from big balcony, great location across from beach and night markets. A minutes walk to many restaurants and Cavill Ave and its attractions. Apartment not completely clean, bin in ensuite not emptied and bathroom floor not clean. Walls could do with a scrub. No lights in the bedrooms worked but we just used the lamps. The second bedroom door did not open from the inside. No air conditioning but not really needed as the breeze is sufficient. Could not get WIFI to work, so just used my own. There were great holes in one of the lounges , but this was replaced after a couple of days. Two bathrooms were handy in the 2 bed apartment but it needs updating. It is in such a good position these things did not phase us after a while. We only used the car to visit theme parks - parking is free. The pool was quite dirty on the day we arrived but had been cleaned by the next day.

Fantastic and awesome aprtment

Our family stayed at the two bedroom apartment for four nights. Lovely place in front of surfers' paradise beach. everything was much better I expected. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We also use apartment pool and spa at night. We would stay again when we visit Gold coast. So 100 to recommend!

Location location location. It's an old resort, but we knew that. The views were sensational, the staff helpful. Unit 42 partly refurbished, modern furniture, carpet marked but all was clean enough. And the price we paid- awesome. Definitely would stay again.

My Experience at The Grosvenor Apartments at the Gold coast were fantastic, the staff were very nice and helpful and friendly. the rooms were lovely and clean. the comfort of the beds were good. overall my experience was great and i would certainly tell my friends and return to these apartments. well done
