The master bedroom also boasts a dressing area and en-suite bathroom for your ultimate comfort and convenience. Bedroom four is currently used as a study, with a camp ped available if required.
The family bathroom offers a shower and separate bathtub, while a separate toilet ensures everyone's privacy. The large open plan living and dining area with table seating for 8 people is the perfect space for spending quality time with your loved ones. The stylishly decorated living area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together, while the dining area offers plenty of space for enjoying delicious meals.
Step outside and you'll find yourself surrounded by private gardens, complete with a covered outdoor BBQ eating area and a stunning private pool. This is the perfect spot for relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the beautiful Gold Coast weather. With parking on the driveway for 2 cars plus ample parking on the road, you'll have plenty of space for your vehicles.
Our home is in a residential area so please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9PM. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the property.

Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of security deposit.
