The apartment locates in a great spot, 5minutes’ walk from Surfer Paradise beachfront. The busiest Avil Anenue is only 1 block away. The building is a bit old, however , the apartment is very clean and the bedroom has superb 180 degree ocean view.

Great Location

Views of ocean from bed, Living Room and Balcony. Walk across road to beach. Choice of many eateries and bars all within walking distance. Collect keys from another property location. Nicely furnished and freshly painted. Building is quiet with nice residents. Pet friendly.
