Tucked away in The Esplande this Jewel from Lebanon offers a small intimate atmosphere with love added to every dish served. Staff are so nice and a very pleasant dining experience. You won’t be disappointed .
Nice Resort for a short stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, tidy and living area quiet spacious. Washing machine and dryer in room. Only fault is you need to use stairs to get to upper levels so with lots of luggage and small children it is quiet difficult.
The hotel is situated within easy walking distance from the beautiful Burleigh Heads shopping centre. The walk is along a shaded sea walk surrounded by trees. The view is spectacular.and the shops adequate. The apartment didn't have a sea view but overlooked a small swimming pool.
Good location by beach and easy bus access. Manager is hands off but available if needed. "Games" room is non existent- a locked metal cage in the underground carpark with a few seats and a screen. Good quality linens and furnishings. Comfortable stay and reasonably priced.
The apartments are well positioned about 100 meters from the beach. Our apartment was on the ground floor, which meant that I did not have to carry our luggage up the stairs (no lifts). Chris the manager is without doubt the most welcoming and helpful host we have experienced in Australia. Our actual apartment was clean, well fitted out, and ideal for our needs. We will happily stay there again. Highly recommended, but for older people, do be aware that there are no lifts. This is the only reason I did not award five stars
We stayed for 7 nights and Aussie resort had everything we needed. TV, aircon, stove/oven, amenities, and washing machine all worked well. We were excited to have an in-room clothes dryer, however it didn't dry the clothes but there was a small clothes airer to compensate. The swimming pool was great, albeit a bit deep for littlies, but we still had lots of fun in it. Most of all, the hosts were lovely and very helpful. Thanks for a great week.
While the complex is not the most modern it's grounds are immaculate, the pool area is great. Great location to the beach, hotels, restaurants..it's all basically on your doorstep. It is only 3 stories high, a bit of a struggle getting up the stairs with your luggage but you only have to do it twice. After 1 or 2 days you get used to the stairs. The self contained unit was modern, with views to the hinterland from the lounge room and the Beach from the bedroom. With the Lounge room door open and bedroom window the breeze came right through. We will definitely stay in this unit again.
This place is sad and badly needs a make over. It is 3 floors no elevator, thank goodness we were only overnight and not weeks plus. It was clean but not worth $225 per night even if it is on the Gold Coast. Soaps but no other toiletries. Will not be returning.
The Good, Great location Cheap $110 per night when I booked. Quiet pool area Friendly staff 100 metres to beach with life guard Underground off street parking The Bad, Whilst I can only comment on room #25, it was fairly dated The pool is 1.5m at its shallowest point. So not suitable for kids. (this could also be a positive) Our room had a strong odour on arrival. The staff did address the smell with some strong air freshener. The room could have been cleaned a bit better. Take from this what you will but at $110 per night it would be fine for anyone with a tight budget
Stayed here for a week and couldnt realky fault it only thing i woukd say is that there are 3 flights of stairs and no lift so if your on the top level it can be tough going up and down specially with your lugguage. Having said that the owners are really nice and go out if their way to do anything. All the facilities were in great order pool and spa was fantastic and heated at a nice temperature. My10 yr old son really enjoyed it here.
