Last year I have stayed in this hotel .This year we went on 26th March 2017 along with my wife and friends up to 30th March. This time I have observed their services has become more good and many days I had started taking dinner in the same hotel. Morning breakfast is free which is good and menu changes every day also what u want u can oreder also It was very peaceful so all the days swimming pool we were able to use. This pool is very good for children to swim and play
My experience from checkin and checkout ....was awesome....the staff were good.helpful....very professional.....the food was awesome from breakfast ,lunch and dinner...awesome ....5 star experience in a 4 star property.......the rooms were very clean..the ambience ...was good..very well maintained rooms....i booked a premium room...with terrace and copper bathtub....awesome experience .....good job guys...keep up the good work......however the only drawback is that i wanted to book executive however there executive category rooms are not listed in any other travel partners website...!!!you have to actually make those rooms available on the travel partners webstie as well..so that we can book,,even when though this category room are open only in nov to may month ..still people not able to book those rooms in other wbsite...otherwise overall experience was awesome.
The room itself is good here. But everything else is bad. The internet never seems to work, esp in the room. The hot water didn't work part of the time in the bathroom. And the hotel itself despite advertising itself as near the beach is hardly that. It's only close to a private beach that you may not be able to access (by Cidade de Goa). It's an ugly walk to the rest of Dona Paula. So some important elements need to be upgraded given the relatively expensive price charged here.
We were there on 25th of nov, and we enjoyed our sty's to the level best. Located near to miramar beach into the beautiful location, very quite and peaceful place, so location is quite good and well connected. Rooms hold your eyes, well crafted adding best of interior. People were friendly over all feel good while accessing swimming pool or lobby. Few concern: Visitor are not allowed in room's, being self hospitality graduate could not digest, as person came to meet at 9 clock in morning. After insist receptionist sent for 10 mins. I could expect if its high time..but in day time..... Second, Veg breakfast & that's to GOA.....
Stayed here for 3 nights in November while on a business trip in Goa. Located at the quiet place away from the hustle bustle of North goa. The hotel as they say is designer in a sense somebody has really put in a thought while doing the interiors. But the maintenance needs to be better. You can feel and sense that all the time around you. Most of the power plug points in my room were not working. Every room on the second floor has a terrace entry from within the room. That was unique. 3 stars for price , can't be more for lack of maintenance
Hidden away from maddening crowds of Goa, perched on a little hillock between the river and the sea is this absolutely fantastic boutique hotel. Beds are super comfortable. The food is great and the owner/manager is a lovely person. Opt for the duplex room with the jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the sea.
Booked on positive reviews, booked the hotel. However, it is very neglected in terms of upkeep and cleaning. Though it seems a new property, and stuff looks new, it has to be cleaned and maintained. The room had lot of dust. The sheets had stain - see photo. Breakfast is very spartan. Asked for masala tea - they said it will be extra. There is this access to private terrace from room. Good concept, but terrace is just not maintained. The open bath area on terrace is not clean. The door to terrace does not lock. Overall a pathetic experience. Though it can turn out to be a great property - need to maintain
Location: 1. First of all, Yes. Hotel is quite off of busy places. Very near to Dona paula view point. 2. If you have private vehicle, then gmap will comfortably take you there. I went there using gmap only. 3. You can take public transport also from Panji bus station. Buses are quite frequent towards Dona Paula/University. Room: 1. I booked a room with private pool. 2. Room are not that spacious I imagined, but featured with all new modern designs. 3. Central AC, modern lights, one touch access, etc etc. 4. Private pool is like a big bath tub with flowing water on a terrace. 5. But yes, terrace has good view on sea side. 6. All marks for cleanliness. Food: 1. Limited options. My recommendation: 1. If you are looking for quite time, then go for it. Hotel is situated at residential places. You wont hear the noise at all. 2. Dont go for private pool. Go for the one which has bath tub option.
We had travelled on 31 st March 2016 with one of our family frineds and stayed 2 nights and 3 days up to 2nd April. The Hotel is good and very peaceful atmosphere. Most of the guests I noticed are peaceful people. This is little of the main road.So traffic disturbance is less.U can see the sea from ur hotel room. Some of the rooms, in the front side cannot have sea view. This is neat and clean and also the rooms are designed very special way. There is a restarent where u can preorder the food breakfast is free
