Me n my friend were really tired and our phones were switched off. We were received very well by the reception staff and the process of check in was really smooth considering we didn't have prior booking.. our phones were charged so everything was done what we asked for.. Sonia and Goldie if I remember the names correctly and one other girl at the reception in the morning while check out were all really nice
Excellent service nice food staff is excellent and cooperative Sunil,Gautam, chef mahavir keep up good work paneer chilly was very awesome. Must try chapati nice ambiance.rooms are clean well maintain good hygiene.
The rooms are adequate. It's a proper business hotel with amazing mattresses. I did face issues such as the air conditioner was not working well, toilet was not cleaned properly, adequate supplies such as tea supplies and water bottles not provided. However, once the reception was made aware, I had no problems throughout my 5 days. Their hospitality and feedback is really strong
Good hotel and good service by their staff Especially restaurant has good taste of food And staff Sunil, goutam are very good at their work.. And is near to go anywhere in goa. Rooms are very clean and hygenic
We fortunately stayed here for a night only and we spent about Rs: 5000 (including taxes). The moment you enter the hotel you find the reception area quite congested. Even after booking no one escorts you to the room. You need to find the room all by yourself. The rooms are clean but not spacious. The furniture in the restaurant area is not arranged properly and the housekeeping staff appear with unkempt hair and a non professional attire. You would start wondering if indeed TATA group is associated with it. The only saving grace of this hotel is its food but that too comes with a hefty price tag. Overall not a place worth to stay but only to dine.
Pls don't take suit room here... Tey join the two single cot to make it asuit room ... In middle of nite , the cots got moved and we both feel down .. horrible it was. ... No water was coming in wash room ... And AC was so bad.... No table and chair are being provided for suit room even...waste of money... Breakfast was good... !! Staffs were cooperative.. but the rooms were so small and not worth for the money ... We stayed on 31st March .... Fed up with it ....😭😭😭😭😭😭
Great service... Good staff.. Kumar, Sunil, Gautam, Prashanth, Nagma, Mahavir (chef) Very neat, Good room service, budget hotel....great location too....all essential available nearby... Good buffet breakfast
The hotel is located near the bus stand. The staff are cooperative but the service is slow. You may find smokers smoking near the lift or rooms. The washrooms are a bit congested. There is a construction work going on just outside the hotel and so the room view (Room No: 509, 5th floor) is terrible. You also could even hear the drilling work during the night time which may affect your sleep. Even the ACs do not function properly. The air conditioners display temperature as 18 C but the cooling seems as if the temperature is around 25-27 C. The one factor which I really loved was the in room dining service. Though expensive the food was tasty. We ordered Butter Chicken (Excellent), Fish Fry (Excellent), Chicken Fried Rice (Good), Chicken Ginger Garlic (Average) and Egg Biryani (Good). I paid around Rs: 5000 per night for the room (including the taxes) and it was not worth the money. Overall an average experience.
Ginger is a great place to stay. Ambience is good. Entrance lobby is fantastic. Rooms are clean. All services are value for money. I stayed with my family for three days. Found the food very good. All in all. Five stars to Ginger, Panjim, Goa.
it was a happening experience with them (sunil, Nagma, Kumar, Deepak), the team were always welcoming with good food. Thanks Ginger Hotels for your lovely Hospitality. Hopefully you can keep the same intensity UP and running for future visits as well.
