Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Everything about the hotel would have been great had they not forgotten about our stay. We had called becuase after the first initial emails and forms we thought we were good to go. They didn’t receive my id and needed it to give me the code to the unit ( never emailed ahead to tell us about it)Once all was sorted we were told to check into our unit. We walked into a room that had not been cleaned In between guests. Beds had no sheets and the dirty ones left piled on the bed. Dirty towels in the corner of the bathroom and bed room. Dishes left to dry on the counter, and a full trash bin. And the tip envelop left for Sharron with her top inside ( and problems with the unit during thier own stay) For a 2 night stay it wasn’t feasible to switch us to a different room when we had less than 12 hrs left and had already spent one night of the 2. A cleaner should have been sent so we didn’t have to spend our evening cleaning a hotel room. We didn’t get any refund. Just given a thank you for showing the photos 😂Offered a new room a day later and still being asked to send over my ID so we can check into our room. 2 days after the stay ended, and they have my info already cause e had chec
