The neighborhood features classic New England architecture and sits within a historic district that reflects Gloucester’s rich maritime heritage. It’s also close to Rocky Neck, the nation’s oldest working art colony, making it a vibrant hub for culture and creativity.

Getting Around:
Centrally located, you can walk (13 minutes) to Good Harbor Beach, quick drives to Rocky Neck, the Back Shore, Niles Beach, downtown and more!

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
