This motel was so cute, and retro. It is a historic motel built in1936 (the front desk person showed us a picture), and they are renovating the rooms. The TV is Roku, so you don’t have cable, and there is only a cup of ice offered by the front desk. The room was clean and we felt like it was a great deal as one of the stops on our road trip.
Room beds tv refrigerator clean and fine. Receptionist very helpful and kind. Large unavoidable bump on floor that was painful. The air conditioner was extremely loud and uncontrollable. Worst of all ,booked with Orbits 2 weeks before for $70 and the room was going for $54 that night!
New bed good but very uncomfortable. One chair inside and no table to work on. Fridge not turned on prior. Only one nightstand. Bathroom clean but no room for anything. No mirror in room except over sink. A/c cold but only one speed/temp that worked. One dirty fabric chair outside between two rooms. Only garbage can was small one in bathroom. Linens were stained and bed linens were cheap. They didn't stay on bed and no warmth with cold a/c. Desk personnel were helpful but limited with what they could do.

This place should be condemned. Obviously the owners are not concerned with the appearance or the rooms. Enough said!
the desk clerk at motel was very friendly. the motel is quite older and looks a little rough on the outside, the rooms were very clean and somewhat updated. no musty smells or insects. the prices are very affordable and we would stay there again with no problem.
Motel doesn't look great from the outside but the staff were great and the rooms are very clean and look like they have been remodeled. If I ever go back to Globe AZ, I would stay here. Bargain stay.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate your business, we hope to see you again on your next trip to Globe, AZ We do like to say that you can get as much ice as you want but its not available to fill up the ice chest so you can definitely get more than just one cup. Tv is Roku, and it has more than 100 channels plus 5000 movies and you can also connect your own netflix, hulu, amazon prime and more.

Thank you for sharing your views on our rooms, we appreciate that you have liked our rooms and other amenities. And we are sorry about the AC noise, it is a brand new ( August 2017). We will have to put a controller by the AC for sure, ( we are working on it). We are not sure about the rates. Different rooms have different rates though.

Thank you for your review, WE are very much concerned about the appearance of the motel, right now our goal is to upgrade the interior before we move to the outside, the TVs are new, some carpet the rooms are new, the beds and bedding are new, the towels are fresh and clean.
