Comprehensive rehabilitation of the entire farm in 2018. Located on Dr. Street Miquel Oliva i Prat, beautiful location within the old town and very close to the Girona Cathedral.

It is a very cozy apartment because of the warmth of the materials used. The furniture highlights the value of the original stone walls and the elements of the historical past of the estate.

Amazing Plat in Old Town Girona
Situated steps away from the Cathedral, this little gem has all of the amenities of a new flat situated in Old Town Girona. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping is within a 2 minute walk.

Nel cuore della bellissima Girona
L'appartamento è assolutamente conforme alle foto del sito,anche se ,in realtà,gli spazi e l'atmosfera sono decisamente migliori.E' situato letteralmente a due passi dalla cattedrale e ,pur essendo nel pieno centro storico,si trova in una piazzetta defilata e tranquilla che aggiunge fascino all'esperienza.
Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano negozi e locali per ogni gusto ed esigenza ,inoltre l'appartamento è corredato di tutto quello che serve per rendere il soggiorno davvero molto gradevole.
E' molto facile innamorarsi di Girona ....e anche di questo appartamento.
