About this property

Bravissimo Ballesteries 40, Barri Vell duplex

Welcome to your home away from home in the historic heart of Girona. This renovated one-bedroom duplex is nestled on the 3rd floor of a traditional building (please note, there is no lift), offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and old-world charm. The bright and stylish bedroom features a twin bed (2x 90cm) that can be enjoyed separately or as a double. In the living area, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed, making the apartment ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The space is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-appointed kitchen. Step outside and immerse yourself in the magic of Girona’s Barri Vell—one of the most beautiful and best-preserved medieval quarters in Spain. You’ll be just steps away from cobblestone streets, Roman walls, artisan shops, charming cafés, and the city’s most iconic sights, including the Cathedral, the Jewish Quarter, and the Onyar River. Whether you're here for culture, cycling, or cuisine, this apartment offers a peaceful retreat in the very heart of it all.

The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you’ll receive access to your personal Bravissimo App with parking information and smart lock check-in instructions (self check-in). While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Tourist tax not included (applies to guests aged 16+, up to 7 nights). A surcharge applies for reservations with pets. The owner is responsible for the animal, must respect the neighbors, and the animal must not be left unattended in the apartment.

More information:
Once you book, you’ll get access to your personal Bravissimo App, your all-in-one guide for a smooth and enjoyable stay. It includes everything you need for an easy arrival, check-in instructions, parking tips, and helpful info for during your time in Girona. And if you have any questions at any point, we’re always here and happy to help!
