Schöne Wohnung! Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung Sie ist sehr sauber und neuwertig Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Toller Stellplatz fĂŒr das Auto in der Abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage, die auch fĂŒr 2 m Autos nutzbar ist. Fazit: Wohnung ist wie beschrieben Klare Empfehlung

Wohnung gut ausgestattet, viel KĂŒchenuntensilien, Geschirr und (schmale) Sitzgelegenheiten . Pool sauber, leider nur kleine PflasterflĂ€che ohne Schatten um den Pool. TV vorhanden, viele Sender, jedoch nur 1x deutschsprachig). Angenehme Nachbarn, je nach Belegung mehr oder weniger Hundegebell.

 zonder WiFi !

Net appartement met mooi uitzicht op het meer. Inrichting is compleet. Gelegen op 2e verdieping en enkel met trappen te bereiken. Appartement is niet ruim genoeg voor 4 personen, zeker geen 4 volwassenen (1 slaapkamer en 1 slaap/zitbank in kleine woonkamer waarin ook de keuken). Er is GEEN WiFi aanwezig !!!!

Neuwertiges Objekt, Einrichtung gut, alles vorhanden – BĂŒgeleisen, Kaffeemaschine, asserkocher, TV, WII, CD, genug Geschirr usw. Balkon mit Seeblick – dort sonnig bis nach mittag. Sauberer Pool und gepflegter Aussenbreich – Tiefgarage. Dieses Objekt kannman bedenkenlos empfehlen, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, am besten in Italienisch, ggf. Englisch. Die Anlage befindet sich oberhalb des Kerns von Gera Lario und lĂ€sst sich generell als gehoben bezeichnen. Runter in an den See sind es knapp 5 Minuten. Dort gibt es BĂ€cker, Cafes und Bistros. Reisetipps: NĂ€chster Supermarkt in Domaso, 5 min mit dem Auto. Wanderungen nach Montemezzo zur Kirche auf einem Wanderpfad oder am See entlang nach Domaso und weiter... AusflĂŒge: Forte Monecchio Nord (Anlage aus dem ersten Weltkrieg) mit deutscher FĂŒhrung. Nach Bellano zum Orrido Bellano (gut begehrbare Schlucht). Nach Dogo (Museum). Zur Halbinsel Piona (Abbazia die Piona).
