Fantastic holiday home

Absolutely fantastic, both the house and the location! The holiday home has a high standard and is very comfortable, fully equipped with high class furniture and household goods. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay and the family who owns the house is very friendly and helpful. It’s easy to take a swim or go for a walk directly from the house, just walk down the stairs and you are on the small path between the house and the Lake. We had a wonderful time at the Villa Gelsomino!

Traumhaft schön

Wir waren über Ostern eine Woche in der traumhaft schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir erlebten einen sehr gastfreundlichen und herzlichen Empfang durch die Familie, inklusive zahlreicher Willkommensgrüße, die leckerer nicht hätten sein können. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, in Wirklichkeit jedoch noch viel schöner durch die fantastische und atemberaubende Aussicht, die einfach guttut. Außerdem war alles absolut sauber, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet - es ist alles da, und falls etwas fehlt, kommt jemand der Familie D. und hilft weiter - immer freundlich, immer fröhlich, man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Für uns ganz besonders wertvoll: der „Strand“ vor der Tür, der Spielplatz fußläufig erreichbar, spazieren gehen inmitten dieser Traum-Kulisse, Restaurant in der Nähe, Enten füttern, Fahrrad fahren mit den Kindern … alles direkt vor der Tür. Wirklich ein Traum und wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Perfektes Haus am Comer See

Familie D. hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist für einen Urlaub am Comer See perfekt, vollständig ausgestattet, Familie D. hat auf jedes Detail geachtet. Es gibt Kanus, Fahrräder, Stand-up-Boards. Die Aussicht auf den See ist grandios. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Familie D. für die wunderschönen Tage.

Nahezu perfekt!

Ja, die Straße ist über dem Haus und wie fast überall an den oberitalienischen Seen würde man sie sich weg wünschen. Aber sie nervt nicht, sie wird mehr als ausgeglichen durch: das Haus, die Lage, den Blick, die Ausstattung und und und… ach ja, und R., der Vermieter: sooo nett und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder! Tolle Gegend zum wandern, biken und zum Wassersport. Und der Sprung direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser, ein Traum.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön. Es ist modern, sehr sauber und die Aussicht ist grandios. Die oberhalb liegende Straße hat uns gestört, denn zu Stoßzeiten hat man sich gegenseitig auf der Terrasse fast nicht verstanden. Was aber für uns ein absoluten no-go ist, dass die Gäste der Ferienwohnungen die Treppe direkt am Haus entlang, als Zugang zum See nutzen. Sie können einem direkt auf den Teller schauen, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Was natürlich nicht in der Beschreibung steht.

Unvergesslich schön

Der Vermieter und Familie haben uns so toll in Empfang genommen und waren so herzlich. Die Wohnung war picobello, supermodern und bequem. Wir waren zum 1. Mal in der Gegend, haben aber kein Touri-Programm gemacht, weil es uns in der Wohnung am See mit dem unvergesslichen Ausblick so gut gefiel. Es war spät November und kalt auch tagsüber; aber wir hatten viel Sonne und konnten auf dem Balkon essen, die Füße ins Wasser tun, mit dem SUP ausfahren und la dolce vita genießen. Wir kommen wieder!

Une vue à couper le souffle

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Super emplacement, on ne peut pas être plus près du Lac. Calme malgré la route toute proche derrière la maison. Accueil chaleureux : fruits, vin et dessert offert à l'arrivée, on a l'impression d'être des VIP. Je recommande vivement cette location. Une des meilleurs !

Perfekte Woche am Comer See

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Gelsomino, es war alles wie beschrieben, zur Begrüßung erwartete uns ein Obstteller, süßes Gebäck und eine Menge Getränke im Kühlschrank, Danke Massimiliano. Das Haus ist super modern eingerichtet und neuwertig mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage direkt an der Straße beeinträchtigt nicht weiter, die Fenster sind schalldicht und der Motorenlärm wird vom Wellenrauschen übertönt. Der Seeblick und der Zugang sind sensationell und wir haben jeden Abend gemütlich auf der Terrasse verbracht. Einzig ein Feuerlöscher und Rauchmelder würden wir den Besitzern noch empfehlen, das ist mittlerweile Standard und sollte in so einem Haus vorhanden sein. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Posto incantevole, per chi desidera relax, natura e sport. Un'oasi di tranquillità in riva al lago, vista spettacolare. Proprietari vicini, gentilissimi, disponibili e cortesi. Casa nuova, spaziosa, attrezzata di ogni comodità, dotata di piccole accortezze che ti fanno sentire coccolato. Giardino esterno molto vivibile e curato. Approvato anche per chi viaggia con bimbi.

Luxusunterkunft in Toplage

Ein absolutes Traumhaus in unvergleichlicher Lage direkt am See! Perfekt ausgestattet, super sauber. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Uferstraße, die direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft, nachts allerdings deutlich weniger Verkehr als tagsüber. Die Wahnsinns-Aussicht und die tolle Wohnung samt super netten und aufmerksamen Gastgebern macht das mehr als wett!! Direkter Zugang zum See, Standup Paddelboot etc zur freien Verfügung, Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar, alles perfekt. 100%Weiterempfehlung

Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traum. Auch die Strasse direkt am Haus hat uns nicht gestört. Der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft Früchte und Getränke bereitgestellt. Wir durften sogar die Stand up Paddle mitbenutzen. Wir werden es sicher wieder buchen. Danke für die wunderschöne Woche. es war einfach nur Top.

Modernes Ferienhaus direkt am See

Wir waren äusserst zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus; die Einrichtung ist modern, es ist sehr gepflegt, mit wunderschöner Terrasse und Garten und direktem Seezugang. Es hat einen direkten Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit, eine Garage dazu zu mieten. Die Vermieter waren äusserst gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn das Haus direkt an der Strasse liegt, so war es doch durch die gute Isolation in der Nacht sehr ruhig und ungestört.

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt

ein Ferienhaus, dass mit allem nötigen ausgestattet ist, ausgeprochen reizende und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die sich um alles kümmern. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es schöne kleine Orte. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der direkte Zugang zum See und einer schönem Weg, der entlang des See führt, ist das besondere Highlight. Für ruhende suchende Personen, ist dieses Haus ideal.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Wieder ein super freundlicher Empfang der Gastgeber. Es war wieder Obst und Wein zur Begründung da. Alles top sauber. Der Ausblick über den See ist einfach herrlich. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl, der Urlaub war perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr modern und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Anreise mit Getränken aller Art gefüllt und eine große Obstschale erwartete uns. Der Zugang direkt zum See ist super. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und werden wieder kommen :-)
