"This was my third stay at GCH. I see some improvements have been done with the bar and lounge area which is really nice. I always enjoy my stay but I think the Chef is different. My stew fish just wasn't what I remembered it to be. Not bad but I liked it when it was more a traditional type guyanese stew."
