We stayed at Ramada for 10 nights during CPL, the service is extremely poor, the free buffet breakfast is the same kind of food every morning, nothing special. The room is big, bed is comfortable, AC is great but the bathroom and toilet need some fixing. The housekeeper on the 5th floor is sloppy, can't clean the room probably. This is our 4th year staying at the hotel during CPL and this year the standard is the worst.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was professional. There was a business center. I was able to use the computer for an important email I needed to print. The housekeeping staff were so friendly, nice and accommodated request for extra blanket. My only complaint was the shower water was at best tepid. The best thing was the buffet breakfast. All the omelet Chefs were good, but there was one Chef in particular, I didn't get her name, but on our last day, either 8/25 or 8/26 she took the omelet to the next level. She was not only outstanding with her omelet adding a tomato and lettuce topping, but while conversating with her she said she loved what she does and so her eggs are made with love. I agree made you feel safe & secure.

Check is suppose to be at 3 the room was not ready until 4:15. The front desk staff was unable to provide information such as when breakfast started. Elevator broke down twice while we were on it. Pool had lots of broken tiles, husband cut his foot on it. Overall not worth the money. Wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed here for one night, choosing this hotel because it’s located on the East Bank and close to the airport, as I had an early morning flight. Unfortunately, even one night was too many. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance and upgrades. Our room was in poor condition—there was a rusty trash can, a rusty toilet paper holder, a hole in the bathroom wall, and the toilet seat and sink were filthy. The state of cleanliness was unacceptable, and it reflected poorly on both housekeeping and management. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. It was not worth the $261 CAD I spent

Service was horrible some staff is very rude and unprofessional. Don’t wanna do they jobs and don’t have enough of anything from blankets, towels, wash towels, pool towel nothing was stock to provide enough to booked staff let allow pedestrians paying for pool access but can’t get a towel is unacceptable and ridiculous. Worst experience at an hotel. No ice machines work but her third floor was ridiculous. Food making people sick. Pool closed too early and Casino is not 24 hour is outrageous at least you could provide that as a key amenities cause everything is unstructured and unprofessional. Security and armed staff yet people get robbed smh…I am gonna need RAMADA/ PRINCESS TO DO BETTER!!!!!! Especially for the nightly rate.
