Great location & awsome price. If you’re a traveler who doesn’t spend much time in the hotel then I definitely recommend. It was perfect for my husband and I, super close to Loveland skii & such a cute town to explore.

Nice close to down town. Breakfast was a joke based on what was offered. Room was OK -- need to replace a couple of ceiling tiles. Check was easy.

What this property lacks in updating, it makes up for in friendliness and caring. So yes the property is definitely older but it’s clean and comfortable. We had a log room which is decorated like a log cabin, and it felt like it also. The location is beautiful with mountains in front and behind. It was super convenient getting on/off I-70. I am a clean freak and get easily grossed out to the extent that I’ve left places because I honestly can’t stay anywhere dirty, even if it’s “hidden” dirty. I pay attention to corners, crevices, especially in bathrooms and around the bases of beds, furniture. I have dust allergies so even if I can’t see it, my body will react to it. I was able to stay and sleep well and even use the shower! Lol! It was nice even though it’s old. It was a great value as our entire family could stay in one room on our road trip back from Colorado, home to Southern California. The older man who manages the property and is usually at the front desk is super nice and very attentive. I sent an email request before we arrived, explaining our dust allergy issue and that we’d be checking in late. He called me and arranged for our check in and went over that our room would be as clean as possible, etc. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool. The coffee/tea/muffin service in the morning is a nice touch. They also have cabinets with other snack items our twin girls enjoyed. We would definitely stay again, especially for the price.

Friendly and helpful staff, but the rooms are definitely showing their age. Some minor repairs and updates would go a long way.

This place is not for high maintenance people but I love it. It's easy going and comfortable and like going home to Mom's. If you need a 5 stars type of environment with lots of bells and whistles you're gonna whine and moan and find something to complain about. If you like a mom and pop diner you're gonna love this place. The rooms are clean and charming. The staff is courteous and helpful; gong the extra mile to please. I've been there twice and enjoyed each stay. I plan on returning in a few months with my daughter. We'll be staying at, where else, the Georgetown Manor.

The inside pool was actually very warm! A huge plus for us as we used it twice and it seems that every pool we have ever been too has been very cold. The price was Great! It isn't a fancy hotel but clean and comfortable. 2 doubles and a twin made it very comfortable for a family of 5 to stay in. We would definitely go back.

We had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and hottub.

Great hotel close proximity to many nearby mountains

Great value for the room and location. Colorado room is very cozy and has the rustic woods feeling. Not a huge fan of sliding bathroom door. It was loud and woke people up during the night. Room is only serviced if you ask. Shampoo not in room, but available at front desk. Outdoor hot tub was nice and worked well. The owner/manager was helpfull with anything I needed.

The hotel allows pets in certain (designated) rooms, which is fine. However they are not to be left unattended and the room next door to us had a constantly whining , barking dog. I called the front desk about the issue and they said they would look in to it. The barking stopped immediately but started up again later and continued sporadically. My girlfriend and I both had problems with the shower water temperature. It would swing dramatically from cold to almost scalding. The room seemed a little dirty overall and in fact we had the bed sheets changed after we first checked in because of small stains and a hair found on the fitted sheet once we turned down the bed. Would not recommend to a friend.

Friendly site. Convenient to road and train. Hotel staff friendly. Water hot and strong from new boiler. Property could use some sprucing up.

The Georgetown Mountain Inn isn't the fanciest hotel in Georgetown, but it's clean, comfortable, and in a good location for the various hiking destinations near Georgetown. A good value for the money.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful!!!!!! The room was clean and functional!!! Had refrig and microwave!!!!

HI Justin, I am very pleased that you enjoyed the stay and that you chose us. I'm with you on the sliding bathroom door, but it does allow wheel chair access without "invading" the room. The previous owners initiated the housekeeping upon request to be "green", but I've found that people prefer it so they can have their own schedule (sleep in...) and privacy. So, we keep it. Also, with our dry climate, the towels remain good longer than humid territory. The refurbished pool opened the 21st of December, 2016! Yea!
