When you arrive, you will be greeted by swaying palm trees and brightly colored bougainvillea. The view as you walk in the front door will take your breath away. You will see a completely open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room/dining room framed by a half moon shape of floor to ceiling windows giving you a 180 degree view of the spectacular Exuma blue water that awaits you just steps away. As you walk out onto the deck you can relax on the lounge chairs and take in the beauty in front of you that is Tar Bay. You can walk for miles in the soft, powder white sand, relax in the large new infinity pool, play volleyball or choose to explore the gorgeous turquoise ocean via paddle boards, 1 double kayak, 2 single kayaks, inner tubes, masks and fins all provided for your enjoyment during your stay. You will never want to leave your new Bahamian home away from home! Security cameras are located on the exterior perimeter for safety and security purposes only. Absolutely no pets and no smoking or vaping on the property!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
