Great little place

Was deffo a budget place- basic box room with two beds, was comfy enough for a short stay. Air con worked well. Bathroom small but effective. Overall a perfect place to be used just for sleeping rather than if you're looking for somewhere luxury. Staff were absolutely lovely and friendly, as well as very accomodating and helpful.

Good, just a few steps walk to the beach, staffs very friendly and the house is clean, I am sure everyone can afford the price, I will come again

管理人がいつも笑顔でTV見てました

釣りに行ったのですが、海が近くて良かったです。 また、管理人夫婦がにこやかに対応してくれました。 ちょっとうす汚れた感があるので、綺麗好きにはきついかもしれません。 石鹸やトイレットペーパーは完備されていました WI-FIも使用可能でした。 ただセキュリティボックスが無いので、パスポートは持ち歩いていました。管理人に預かって貰えるか聞けば良かったです エアコン無しの部屋にしたので、日中は暑くて部屋に居られませんでした。ただ日が沈むと涼しくなるので夜はエアコン無しでファンを回していたら寒いくらいでした 一度、蚊が居たので、蚊取り線香もあるとよいかもしれません 壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音が聞こえます。ただ、うるさく騒ぐ人が居なかったので、問題ありませんでした。 虫が寄って来たらイヤだったので、照明は最低限使用しました

Clean kampung style guest house.

Went with a group of 4. We took one room with queen bed and one extra bed. Thou it's consider as small for us but we don't mind because most of time we are not in the room. It is a kampung style guest house. Aunty is very clean person, so she won't allow guest to enter room with beach sand -that's fair. Beach is very near - 2 min walk. Hospitality given was good. Makan place not an issue. 5min walk to Batu Feringghi night market

Since our requested room was not available, owner kindly sent us to a near by "Baba's guesthouse". Both looked almost the same conditions. A few meters from the beach. 5 mins walk to the bus stop and night market. Lots of places to eat.

An excellent choice

Both the room and shared bathroom were spotlessly clean.The room was very basic but gave me all I required ~ a clean and comfortable bed, a ceiling fan , and a window with mosquito net.Didn't see a single insect inside the hotel.The hotel is family run and they are friendly and helpfull. The beach is a hop,skip and a jump away and there are many eating places right by the hotel. The main Batu Feringghi beach road ,with all its shopping and eateries ,is just 2 minutes walk away. An excellent choice if on a budget and even if you're not.

ゲストハウスとして非常にパフォーマンスが良い。

部屋および共同のトイレ、シャワーは清潔でゲストハウスとしては申し分無いと思います。また、建物内は土足禁止なのでその点でも清潔度が高く、良いと思いました。海からも近く、食事をする所も大して困りません。

Basic with great location

The guesthouse has an amazing location directly on the beach and right next to the night market and lots of restaurants. The owner is a very friendly family, he sent me a very welcoming email and described to me how to reach his place. The hotel is very basic, so put a low roof for your expectations - it is all built with think wood, so you can hear everyone walking on front of your room, as well as your snoring next door neighbor.

Overrall condition is ok, No shower towel , The bed linen is not fresh clean I caught the insect crawling the bed twice, the light blanket is actually a towel not comfortable but the room is clean no smelly.

Pleasant and simple, great location by the beach.

Hotel was very simple and quiet. Basic bathroom facilities, and nothing much else. Hotel run my nice family, don't speak much english. 40 metres from the beach in Batu Ferringhi and 100 metres from night market and yum food places! No air-con in my room, only a ceiling fan so it was quite hot, but breeze from ocean is nice through the windows. If you're looking for peace and quiet, and simplicity, this is perfect for you.

Very bad attitude the staff ,after playing at beach he staff not allow we go in he guest house ,and scold us .the room is bad
