Large apartment located in the prestigious Palazzo Spinola Gentile, a building belonging to the Rolli palaces system, dating back to 1100. Equipped with every comfort: two TV screens, one in 4K with Netflix Amazon video account, air conditioning, washer-dryer, independent heating with smart thermostat, it can be reached via a beautiful and very ancient marble staircase with columns and capitals, both with a lift. Located in the heart of the historic center, a few hundred meters from the sea and the aquarium, and from all the museums and art galleries that those visiting Genoa for artistic reasons cannot miss. the apartment, in addition to ordinary cleaning, is sanitized with a steam machine as well as disinfectant products.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Sehr modern. Es fehlt an nicht was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Viele Objektdetails beziehen sich in der Beschreibung aber eher auf die Stadt anstatt auf die Wohnung. So gibt es weder Parkplatz noch einen Pool. Hier würde eine ehrlichere Beschreibung das Problem bereits beheben. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit, besonders der Sanitäranlagen zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist zum einen sehr gut, weil man in der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Aquarium und Hafen ist und zum anderen schlecht, weil die Gasse ab 22 Uhr eher gefährlich ist. Wir wurden angepöbelt und mussten einen Polizisten bitten uns sicher zur Tür zu begleiten. Genua ist dennoch schön - wenn alles passt.

Splendida sistemazione a due passi dall'Acquario

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato, accessoriato con ogni dotazione ed arredato molto bene e con gusto. Sito in un palazzo storico di grande fascino è in posizione centralissima a due minuti a piedi dall'Acquario e dall'area Expo. Host molto attento, professionale e solerte in tutte le comunicazioni, oltre che disponibile. Vivamente consigliato per posizione e qualità del soggiorno.
