The responsiveness was one thing I would definitely say was good. There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. The AC also makes a very high pitched noise after about 15 minutes making it impossible to sleep with it on as well.

Je viens de passer la pire expérience de vacances de ma vie, c'était juste un cauchemar. A 1 heure du matin je me suis retrouvé dehors avec mes feux enfants sans possibilité d'aucune aide de hôtels.com. ils m'ont donné le mauvais code de boîte à cle, du coup je n'ai pas pu récupérer les clés et j'ai passé la nuit dehors avec mes 2 enfants. C'était un cauchemar!!! Plus Ils m'ont dit " nous sommes désolés mais nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vous apporter une solution" lors d'un appel tel qui a duré 3 heures. J'ai du me débrouiller toute seule pour trouver un hôtel car tous complets....c'est fini hôtels.com et logements à fuir : pas de clim il fait 30 degré dansl'appart, dans une ville où il fait 45, très sale, très très bruyant, pas de produits shampoing et gel douche comme promis sur l'annonce, la machine a linge n'essore pas, pas d'étendage ...bref cauchemar!!!

Hébergement parfait pour gêne

Hébergement conforme a la description. Très bien équipé, moderne, grand . Le lit est très confortable et grand et le canapé lit également grâce à un vrai matelas . La climatisation fonctionne très bien . L appartement est très bien insonorisé. Face au port , l hébergement est très bien localisé. Nous avons déchargé les bagages et stationné la voiture au marina park pour les 5 jours (moins cher des parking ) Pas trop de communication avec l hote , nous avons récupéré les clefs par un système de boîtier et les avons remises a la fin du séjour . Nous recommandons .
