Amazing seaview apartment Nervi - Genova

Located on the Anita Garibaldi Walk in Nervi, about 1 km from the Genova Nervi train station, and a short distance from the famous Nervi Parks, the Sea View Apartment offers comfortable accommodation with free high-speed WIFI connection, flat-screen smart TV and a breathtaking view of the sea.

This apartment also equipped with independent heating for the autumn and winter months, includes a double bedroom with a small terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, and a bathroom with bathtub / shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

The sea view apartment is the ideal base for excursions to Genoa, reachable in 15/20 minutes by train or bus, or even to visit the fantastic Cinque Terre, Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.

Life-giving balcony views

After a train delay and getting a bit lost in the dark in the park, I arrived late for checking in, but Guido sent someone to welcome me to the condo. In the morning I couldn’t believe what a beautiful location! Everything in the condo was comfortable, but the location and views of the condo are what sets it apart. I loved walking on the well-lit passeggiata in the early mornings and at night for dinner. I hope to return soon.

Everyone should stay at this place if possible! The views are breathtaking! The apartment is beautifully appointed and in a charming location on the PassegiattaAnita. We had some challenges with our rental car and Guido was immediately helpful in coordinating alternative transportation for us. We will stay in again!

Oceanfront in Nervi

The apartment was clean and well equipped for cooking , cleaning etc. The pictures of the place are accurate and the views are spectacular. The covered parking was great. The brick promenade made access to the train and shopping a special walk which we enjoyed immensely. Great place to stay but save the car rental and use the train. The station is a 15 minute walk and trains are frequent and cheap.

A place where to find and spend quality time with people you care about. A corner in paradise

With high expectations from a seaview place , it is really unlikely to be happily surprised. But this was the case with the Nervi apartment. This place exceeded all expectations as facility and location . For the train track under your pillow? No worries, you will get used to it after one night.. and anyway you don’t want to sleep and miss a second of the breathtaking view. I thank the host for his prompt and decent communication and I thank signora Melina for receiving us with such a smile and hospitality that stayed with us along our journey. If lucky enough to find availability, we will surely return .

Great weekend stay

We had a great time. Check in was a little difficult due to language barrier but host was answering his phone and assisting with all the questions we had. The road is super narrow and we missed it the first time but after the first time it was easier to reach. We met one of the neighbors who was the nicest person ever and even helped us reserve a table for dinner. We had a blast and would come again!

Lovely spot shame about the trains

The apartment was about a 15 minute walk from Genoa Nervi train station along the Promenade with an access gate directly off this. Lovely welcome and we were able to leave our cases in the property (we arrived early) . Apartment had everything we needed and an amazing view of the sea. Couldn’t have asked for more. A bit of a hike to the local Carrefour to get supplies. Used the train every day to visit all the villages along the Cinque Terre, Portofino and Rapallo ... loved it. The only problem is that you pay for the convenience of the trains at night as they are very noisy, you either need to be a heavy sleeper, get ear plugs or, like us, visit a pharmacy for sleeping pills!

Superb apartment with excellent panoramic views over the sea. The owners/agents were helpful but not obtrusive. The location is good, on the Anita Garibaldi promenade and close to Nervi railway station. It's all good -- if you've booked this -- congratulations, you'll have a great time.

Simply the best apartment on the Ligurian coast

The location as well as the size of the apartment, the floor level, the amenities of the building, it's situation and the wonderful town of Nervi with the beautiful seaside walk and swimming bays are just amazing. Superbly located also for a short bus ride to Genova city center and train trips in the direction of Cinque Terre. The place has all one needs and is clean (although admittedly some minor repairs would help to put it back to its original splendour, but I guess this is just the rather recent wear and tear between rentals really). The owners are easy-going, informative and reply to messages quickly; the lady taking care of the place and keys as well. People in Nervi were generally very forthcoming too, which is rare to find in such a touristic location - in fact, in Nervi one does not feel like being in the Tourist Liguria, rather the local one untouched by time. We'd do our long-weekend all over again with great joy.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, Guido was extremely helpful and responded to queries immediately. Location was fantastic, super views and a lovely balcony. Nervi is a great base and has good transport links. The train line was close but this is the case in the area if you are by the sea and did not impact at all on our holiday

The best position

We were greeted by a very enthusiastic Mrs Melina who was keen to explain how everything worked. The apartment is situated in one of the best if not the best position. The view from the room was fantastic, right over the sea and passage A G. On the down side the inside of the apartment is now looking very tried. It no longer looks likes the photos on Home and Away. Both the wicker chairs have broken springs and are past their best. The chairs around the table are very rusty. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items but lacked a dish to cook thing like a chicken when this was pointed out to the one of the owners Mrs Melina arrived with one within the hour. The owners were trying very much to please. But little things like odd wine glasses the kettle missing its whistle just seemed to take the shine off things. A good internal paint job would not go a miss. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment just now need refreshing to bring it back to a first class holiday let.

The best location on the Italian Riviera!

Wonderful views from super clean apartment right on the Mediterranian Sea. Easily reached by train from Milan. Just a 20 minute walk from the Genova Nervi train station along the beautiful Passiagiata Anita Garibaldi with stunning views. This seaside promenade runs directly in front of the apartment and is perfect for morning and evening strolls or sitting on a bench having a Gelato. Nervi has 4 of the best Museums on the Italian Riviera, all within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Getting to Cinque Terre is easy from Nervi.

Amazing views

My wife and I had a great stay at the Nervi House. The kitchen was great, two patios, walking access to the train station and grocery store, etc. You can hear the train, but after hiking all day, it did not affect our sleep. Nervi is not a "hot" tourist destination (which is what we liked) and we were there in off season, but we loved living like a local for a while. We used it as our home base while exploring the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita, Torino, and Genova. We have visited Italy numerous times - from the Amalfi Coast to Lake Como - and the views (including sunrises and sunsets) were spectacular from the patio of the Nervi House.
