We stayed here for 1 night in April, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! Conveniently located close to the train station and some really great restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some great safety tips. The hotel room was absolutely spotless! The bed was comfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Do not book this hotel. Stay away. I was left without a hotel room at 9pm stranded. I had two confirmations from Expedia regarding my booking. One being a text confirmation the other an email. When I showed up to check in, the woman at the front desk said it’s canceled. I showed her my confirmation, she said that’s between you and the booking agency. I showed her both confirmations, she began screaming at me to speak Italian I’m in Italy. The entire city of Genoa was booked and I was left with no hotel room. I contacted Expedia and they informed me it was a confirmed booking and the hotel was to collect the payment in local currency. The hotel decided since it didn’t receive a credit card payment in advance to give my confirmed room away another person. This hotel should be taken off as an option on Expedia as they could do this again to another person.
