Lovely large house

We loved our stay while visiting nearby sites, the house is close to Savilla city center. We had plenty of space for our family of 8 and enjoyed lounging around the pool.

Overall it was a beautiful property with enough space for our family of 10. It was clean and nicely arranged. We all had the same comment about the kitchen in which you would expect to have some basic equipment such as a peeling knife, a whisker and other small basic equipment that would bring the kitchen to the standard of the home and cost. The property is probably more adapted to summer than winter stays.

A group of 12 of us stayed and we had an amazing time. The place was very spacious and perfect for us! Location is great too, only about 20 minutes away into the centre of Sevilla which was a great day out. Highly recommend any big groups of friends to get booking!

Fantastic

This fantastic property was a wow from the moment we walked in and provided a great flexible space for our group of friends. Our host Ignacio met us on arrival and gave us all the necessary instructions for house and surrounding food shopping options and then left us to enjoy our week. We made good use of the bbq in the evenings but despite the sunny days the pool was too cold to use, so we just contented ourselves with relaxing on the loungers/deck chairs in the pleasant garden. Despite hiring a car, we found Uber taxi's very useful for trips to Seville that ended with a restaurant meal/alcohol - great when you can split the cost with others. Thanks Ignacio - a fantastic property, a fantastic holiday.

Fantastic Villa Holiday

We had an amazing 10 day break at this gorgeous villa. Ignacio was a great host with excellent communication prior to and on our arrival, providing a really comprehensive tour. The villa was great, we were a group made up of 3 families there was plenty of room for us all and the pool was perfect , especially as it was 44 degrees whilst we were there! There is a sport centre with bar just round the corner you can walk to , however a car is a must - there are a number of supermarkets 5 minutes drive away that have everything you could possibly need. We did go to the local Metro stop which has a large shopping centre with number of bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes drive away, as well as driving into Seville. We parked on the outskirts (20 minute drive) and walked into the palace and centre (About another 15 minutes). We have all said we would definitely return.

Great stay in a plush villa

13 of us stayed here for a hen weekend and we had a great time. The villa is gorgeous with a terrace attached to every room. Pool is fantastic and gets the sun most of the day. Ignacio was a great host and even bought us in a big shop so that we had refreshments and food when we arrived. We were a bit noisy one evening and the neighbours complained so not the best if you want to hold any late night parties. My only tip to those going is to buy some extra toilet roll. There isn't a stock and no nearby shop so we had to get a taxi just to go and get some. Had we known this we could have included this in the shop we asked Ignacio to buy us. All in though, it's a beautiful place and i would recommend if you are looking for a large villa with a pool for a big party and don't mind a 20 minute taxi into Seville.

Fabulous in Gelves

Ignacio met us, took us on tour of property. He went way over expectations in ensuring we understood all aspects of the property including security system and appliances. He then drew us a map of the immediate area, providing concise and accurate directions to the mall, closest Metro to Seville, local restaurant, and so on. Our 7 person family thoroughly enjoyed living there for 4 days. We used the nice grill for one night and otherwise were out and about most of the time. The location is quite handy - 2 minutes drive to Metromar mall where the Metro is. Our highest recommendation is, would we want to go back? A hearty YES! Thank you Ignacio!

Lovely villa on the outskirts of Seville

The villa is huge! We were a group of 5 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room for us all - we loved the outside space, especially the pool which was very clean. We loved the fact that each bedroom has it's own courtyard / outside space too. The kitchen and living room areas were well equipped and there is air con throughout the whole villa which was needed in the heat! The villa is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Seville centre in a nice quiet neighbourhood, and there is a small town nearby where there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Nacho and Alexandra were great hosts and are always on hand should you have any questions whilst you are there. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien (4 Erw, 6 Kinder von 7-15 Jahre) in Sevilla.Das Haus war sauber, ist großzĂŒgig und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt viele kleine RĂŒckzugsorte, so dass man sich auch mit vielen Leuten nicht stĂ€ndig auf die Nerven geht. WLAN funktioniert im gesamten Haus gut. Die Hausbibliothek gibt einiges her, sodass man auch eine gute UrlaubslektĂŒre findet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, und die BettwĂ€sche ist angenehm.Ein paar Details sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, zB gibt es nur noch 6 oder 7 der „Drinnen-StĂŒhle“ und einige der Leuchten funktionieren nicht mehr.GrĂ¶ĂŸter Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung der KĂŒche - hier muss definitiv ein wenig nachgerĂŒstet werden. So gab es zB kein scharfes Messer, keinen SchĂ€ler, und auch SchĂŒsseln waren zu wenige vorhanden. WĂ€hrend es reichlich Besteck, TrinkglĂ€ser, und Geschirr gibt, fehlen zB WeinglĂ€ser. Es fehlt auch eine BĂŒrste um den Grill zu putzen.Der Garten und Pool sind sehr schön gestaltet. Der gemauerte Grill ist super um fĂŒr eine große Gruppe zu kochen. Allerdings sollte man eine Taschenlampe oder Stirnleuchte dabeihaben, da es dort keine Beleuchtung gibt.Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Allerdings braucht man fĂŒr sĂ€mtliche Besorgungen ein Auto. Es gibt eine Buslinie in fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung (ca 10 Min.), die ins Zentrum von Sevilla fĂ€hrt. Am praktischsten ist es jedoch, an der Metro kostenlos zu parken und mit der Metro in die Stadt zu fahren.Alles in allem eine 1-

Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille

Notre sĂ©jour d'une semaine en famille Ă  SĂ©ville a Ă©tĂ© une rĂ©ussite, notamment grĂące Ă  la trĂšs jolie maison d'Ignacio : les moments en commun sont facilitĂ©s par une cuisine spacieuse et un grand salon trĂšs confortable, donnant sur le jardin. La tranquillitĂ© de chacun est aussi prĂ©servĂ©e grĂące Ă  la disposition des chambres qui permet de dormir tranquillement sans se gĂȘner les uns les autres. La maison est agrĂ©mentĂ©e de patios charmants. De plus, le temps clĂ©ment nous a permis de profiter du jardin et de la piscine. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage!

Ignacio ist ein netter und freundlicher Zeitgenosse und hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklĂ€ren.Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war auch alles in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war eine anstĂ€ndige Kaffeemaschine und GeschirrtĂŒcher, aber dafĂŒr werde ich keinen Stern abziehen. Immer wieder gerne.

La casa es un sueño! Todo de mucho buen gusto y gran calidad! Aunque en Sevilla en julio hace siempre mucho calor, debido a la gran calidad de la casa, casi no se notaba.
