The room was disgusting and pillows and blankets stained and smelly Sheets and pillow cases smelt very bad also. Bathroom was so old and shower was dripping, tiny and most of it all rusted. The floors dirty and carpets so old and dirty do your self a favour don’t stay here. Also checked in at 2. Was not ready and the lady said oh well check is between 2-5 but we arrived at 2 so should have been ready. This place needs a compete renovation and makeover. Very disappointed

The rooms were attractive and clean and the staff helpful. Everything we needed was supplied. The Park is situated centrally in Geelong, and good shopping was close although you would need transport as it was not walking distance. There was parking next to the cabin. The grounds were not as park-like or near the river, as some of the photos suggested and it felt more like a truckies' stopover. People were sitting out on the Park road to read or have a drink.

Staff are checking were very friendly and helpful. Our room smelt horrible. Something I’m assuming they were aware of as all windows were open upon checkin. Bed was not comfy. We booked for 5 people but beds were only dressed for 4. The blankets in the bunks had a terrible smell and was to over poweri by to sleep in under. Dishes in cupboard were dirty.

Very family friendly and the ammenities were good for the price. Great area for kids to play. Good staff and reception. Good location. Only down fall was no doona cover on the doona. The doona was between two flat sheets with no cover.
