We had a handicap room, and it had so much space. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was full, but the noise level was not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was amazing except for the bathroom. The exhaust fan ran 24/7. Which made noise at night that was hard to sleep. We did ahut the door but it cut off thw heat to that room. With temperatures below zero outside it made the bathroom very chilly in the morning. The staff and breakfast was great. The hot tub was a little different but good. With temperatures outside so cold. All the water that wasn't heated turned to ice quickly. But it was still relaxing and enjoyable.
