The room was clean, the shower was nice, and the staff was fine. No big perks but I slept fine and was comfortable.

I rent this hotel because I see the offer breakfast, at the moment they don’t make the breakfast because Covid 19 and I understand that but they don’t say anything when I book and neither when I check in , the rest is fine

Did not like the parking area. It was hard to park with the giant poles.

Walls extremely thin, you could hear the conversation next door perfectly clear. There was an elementary football team there, they put the kids on a floor with no adults. They were running and yelling down the halls. We yelled at them twice and had to call the front desk to complain.

We really liked this place just wished they would have changed the breakfast some

The room was way too small. No privacy, the walls were so thin you could hear your neighbors talking next door and you could hear people talking in the hallway. On a good note the beds were very comfortable.

Lady working at the front desk was very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of the power outlets in the room to charge our devices. There was a free wifi, but a signal was too week in our room. But when we stepped out to the hallway- WiFi signal was pretty good. We enjoyed our breakfast. And the pool ( it’s small but water was warm)

The pool needs to be closed to make more room for breakfast. Only seen a handful of people in it, during our multiple stays at this location. Everythong else is great

Noise from other rooms was my only problem. We could hear people in next room taking shower.

The parking for the facility was inadequate. Slots were narrow and had large columns that did tot allow car doors to open. The overflow parking was not marked. Lobby floors were filthy. The floor in the first room we went to had water leaking through the tiles. We called the desk who said they would come check. Half an hour later we went to desk where the clerk was in a personal phone call. She checked us into another room and gave us the key. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This is a great hotel for the price! Extremely clean, family friendly, heated indoor pool, breakfast much better than the average "free" breakfast, the staff couldn't do enough for us. We had an issue with another hotel and checked out after just one night, We stopped at this hotel, and the hotel clerk, Georgia, let us check in at 10 AM. Have used this particular hotel before and there is no sense in even trying to get a better hotel.

We chose not to have our room cleaned for the 3 nights we were there. The hotel cleaning crew picked up my dirty towels and did not mind at all personally handing new ones to me. Prior to our arrival we called to upgrade our room to one with a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub and for only $25 which was a bargain. The front desk lady was very knowledgeable. The only problem was this one gentleman who kinda freaked me out by walking in the parking lot back and forth. If he was part of the hotel staff then probably we wouldn't have been concerned.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great location. Excellent value. The breakfast was basic which is expected from a hotel with prices this affordable. There is a Hardee's next door for a good breakfast. We will stay here again on future trips.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Was disappointed with parking. We were giving a parking pass when we arrived and told we had to display it. However, every night we had to park in a parking lot next door and walk to hotel when there were many cars that did not have parking passes. The first night we mentioned it to the guy at the front desk and all he said was they probably forgot to display their passes. We asked to be contacted by management and never were.

The (1) Elevator is inconvenient and the wait for it is long. They gave us a handicap room without asking first. We are fairly tall and everything was very low like the sink, shower head etc.
