Room was great, very peaceful and close to everything. Would definitely return!

Great staff, plenty of towels, very clean and within walking distance to everything. Also felt very safe at this location !

Stayed here only because other family members had booked this condo. was ok ... dated but adequate if you looking for luxury pass on this one but . ok for a weekend .. dated but clean . furnishings were worn but alright,

The room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was small with no oven, but I don't go on vacation to cook so it really wasn't an issue. There was a wood burning fireplace in our unit, I don't know if you are supposed to get firewood from the desk or what. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, short walk to town, quiet area. Wifi username and password are obtained at the front desk. I didn't discover this until I tried to log in and was too lazy to walk back down there to ask for it, so I can't speak about the service. I wish it was pet-friendly but other than that, no complaints. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, short walk to town, quiet area.

Loved the room. Great location. Able to relax and unwind. Will come back.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here--room 315. The condo is dated, but not uncomfortable. Although I did not see bugs, I have several bites on my arms that I think are from bed bugs. When I brought it to the attention of the manager at checkout, the attitude was dismissive. The free wifi leaves a lot to be desired. It was almost non-existent. I could get a weak signal on the balcony, but that still dropped frequently. Since I was trying to work online, this was quite annoying. The facility is billed as non-smoking, but the young man who works in the office frequently smoked outside under our balcony, so we still had the smell of smoke in our room. The location is great. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Very near Ober Gatlinburg Tramway. I don't think the location makes up for the negatives.

We stayed in unit 315. It was an average place. As soon as we got the room, we had to go to the front desk and ask for 2 light bulbs because 2 sockets didn't even have a bulb in them. On the first morning, the coffed pot would not work. Again, we went to the front desk and they gave me another one. The hot water heater is good for one shower before it runs cold. The wi-fi is really slow and just about useless unless you are in the bedroom. The bedroom curtains are thin so the lights from the pool shines bright in the room and so does the morning light. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels. The location is great. I will stay in this area again, I just don't know if I will stay in this unit.

My wife and I wanted a place to stay for three nights. It was during the busy fall break period and most of the places wanted over $200/night. We paid less than $100 and it was great. There is no free breakfast and no daily maid service but that was fine with us.

We had a good time! Enjoyed being close to all the action!

Was one of the cleanest ive ever stayed at. Great location. Good value for your money.

it is a great motelclose to everything,u dont have to drive to get out.just go walk a little ways, and u r on main street.we have stayed here 2 times.love both stay, this room was like a log cabin inside, very nice and clean, lots of towels, and washclots, nobody came around to bother u thats wt i like the best, got ready to leave, just droped keys in a box,and we was on our way

It was very good.....................................................

The hotel was what I expected, I have stayed here before the only thing is the jacuzzi was not working properly.

We arrived on Friday, checked in. The guy at the counter was super nice, we had gotten two rooms. We requested both non smoking, when we got to our it was a smokers room and very out dated, the other room was perfect. My husband went to the desk and told them about this and they gave us another room on the same floor. This room was so much better. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We will be staying here again.

We stayed in room 403, overall a great room. It overlooked the pool and was on the top floor so any noise was minimal. Room was clean and very comfortable and nicely equipped. The pull out couch could have used some woork as a few springs at the foot end were missing or stretched and caused sagging. The fridge needs defrosted but was great if you paid attention to location of items so as not to freeze. Walking distance to all of downtown with ease! Staff was friendly and the grounds were clean! Jayell ranch for horse back riding and zip lining were awesome. Smoky mountain llama trek is also an interesting day trip

Stay was good for the price we paid.Had a one bedroom condo. Great location easy access to the park.

I had a good stay. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It is a good bargain.

Good value, can park your car there at the condo and walk everywhere. Boardwalk at end of building needs to be cleaned, almost killed myself trying to walk across it, fell flat on my back, very slippery with build-up and green moss, otherwise comfortable stay, left side of parking garage very difficult to maneuver, too tight to get in and out especially with today's large vehicles

Beware of this location, understand each unit is different. When we arrived we would barely rate this a 1. It was not like it was described. A futon with a stained cover, electrical tape holding the cabinets, a smell, etc. We requested a move. It was a 3 but still not what the hopes were in booking this trip for my husband's birthday.

Is nice place, staff is friendly and helpful. really good location close to the strip. stayed here two times with my family and been satisfied both times.
