The only issues that I had were that my coffee maker was broken. I reported it and was informed that they would check in laundry to see if another one was available. I heard nothing back. Then there were swimming trunks outside my window. It caused a sore eye feeling. Other than the issues listed, my stay was a pleasant one.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. At check-in, their system was down, so they were unable to provide us with a room key. A staff member had to walk with us to the room each time to open the door, which was inconvenient and not what you expect after a long trip. We were also only given two towels for a three-day stay. Since housekeeping only comes every other day, we had to request additional towels, which should have been provided without having to ask. The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, but it was never disclosed that the same rooms are used for guests with pets and guests without pets. This information should be clearly communicated so guests can make an informed decision. To make matters worse, on the last night of our stay, the fire alarm went off at 3:00 a.m. We were never informed of what happened or given any explanation, which was concerning and disruptive. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and better communication and guest consideration are definitely needed.
