I live in Sevierville already, but my family came into town and we checked into the Hampton Inn in Sevierville. Our room was not quite ready, however, it was ready within 30 minutes and we also received an upgrade because of the delay in the room. The hotel is quaint, friendly, and clean. This will be the hotel of choice for our family coming in from this point forward.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Indoor pool. Clean rooms. Close to all the attractions. Short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Modern and easy access from highway. Good restaurants around the area.

Our room was not ready at time of publicized check-in. Our rooms smelled of a weird smoky, musty smell the second you walked through the doors. The breakfast area, both food prep and dining areas, were unable to adequately accommodate the amount of people trying to eat breakfast.

We spent a nice evening there. We went out to Cracker Barrel across the parking lot and husband had great trout. We were impressed with the baseball stadium we could see real well from out 4th floor roomwindow. The wind blew so hard the american flag stood straight out from its pole. We always recieve our veterans discount when staying here. It is clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and accomodating. We continue to be spoiled by Hampton Inns and rate other accomodations accordingly.

Disappointed in reservation follow thru and would not stay at this Hampton for PTP 2018 in August. Did not see the value for the money. Noisy highway. Noisy hallway with kids after 9:00. Ratings were over stated.

Our family had a nice stay at this Hampton. Everyone was very friendly, housekeeping did a great job keeping this hotel nice and clean. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The indoor pool is large and kept warm. We liked the location of this hotel - Kroger, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks, and tons of stores are near. A sub shop, gas station, and bbq joint are steps away, as well as a Party City, Hobby Lobby, Dick's sports shop.

We have stayed here in the past. We are gold members and always stay at a Hampton Inn because of their high standards. We were disappointed this time. The when checking in we asked for a couple of bottles of water which we always do when checking in. The girl at the desk said I can either have 250 bonus pts or the water. Never heard of that before. We asked for the water only to get 1 bottle of water. Are you kidding me. They have remodeled the rooms but they did not replace the old carpeting. The mattress which at any Hampton Inn are pillow top were not and the sheets were like sandpaper. Went to take a shower before dinner and this is on a Sunday evening when there were not to many people here was luke warm. Water did not get hot at all. Also our room was next to the pool maintainence room & all we heard all night was the filter going on and off. Breakfast was ok. Didn't have any. Also the night before called front desk and told them we would be checking out at noon as we are a gold member. We get a call at 11 next morning asking why we didn't check out yet & told the we called requesting late check out & she said their was not a notation of the request. So we have decided we will not stay at this Hampton Inn again. They DO NOT have the meet the high standards you would expect of a Hampton Inn. They do the minimum. There are other Hampton Inns in the area which we will stay at as we come down here 6 to 8 times a year.

This motel is very conveniently located close to Convention Center and local shopping/restaurants/sights. Also, very close to Interstate for ease of access. Friendly/helpful staff. Excellent value for cost. We would recommend and will plan to stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel! Nice service and hotel was very clean! We stayed here as a volleyball team and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was a nice addition too! The location was very convenient to the convention center as well!

I'm from Sevierville had to stay here. No Smart Tvs, hot tub broke, hwy 66 is terrible in the Summer & Fall I'd go further into Sevierville if traveling from out of town. Location good for food & shopping.
