The check in was exceptional and the staff very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was what I expect from Hampton Inn. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The climate control worked very good. Overall, the stay was what is expected from a quality hotel.

Great place to stay and always accommodating. Night staff was very friendly and personable. Room was very clean and neat and had very nice accommodations. Breakfast wasn't as good as other Hampton Inns

Another great night at a Hampton Inn. The only issue was our lack of knowledge about the newer way to use the key card, which the host explained quickly after we tried unsuccessfully at the back door to gain entrance with our luggage. Otherwise, it was a pleasant but short visit on our way to family down south.

Let me begin by saying that the Hilton Brand has gained a great deal of loyalty from me because they generally are head and shoulders above other accommodation options. This was not the case with this stay. I will start with the positive. When we arrived, the room was in good order. Breakfast items were fresh and delicious each day, and the breakfast staff worked very hard in keeping the food stocked and replenished despite a huge crowd. Jenni, one of these workers, was smiling, pleasant, and had wonderful people skills that are an asset to this establishment. As our stay transpired, we had a number of problems. First, the view from our room consisted of a large bush that obliterated any scenery and also in the event of a fire would have made exit from the room by the window impossible. The refrigerator was not working, so we had to go to the front desk to have them get it up and running. The breakfast area was way too small for the number of guests there, forcing us to take turns getting food and drinks and bringing them to our room. As our stay progressed, we discovered that we had sheets that did not fit the bed. We were told the linens would be changed, but when they were not, we finally used an extra bottom sheet from the closet and improvised with it until we solved the problem. On New Year’s Day, we returned to our room around 5:30 PM to find it uncleaned. A young man pushing a cleaning cart down the hall asked if there was anything I had to have. Are you kidding me? He seemed eager to be done, so I settled for an exchange of dirty towels for clean towels. The next day I went to the front desk and asked if they would clean the room and dispose of the trash. Incredibly, one of the maids asked me if I still wanted them to change the bedding. Seeing that we had to solve the problem ourselves and only had one night left on our stay, I politely declined. Housekeeping at this facility is POOR. Upon checkout, the young lady at the front desk asked about our stay. When I politely but candidly explained my concerns to her, she simply said “I’m sorry”. Whatever happened to the Hamptonality 100% Satisfaction Guarantee? That if you are not 100% satisfied, we will make it right? As people who know me will attest, I am a modest man but I want to make a few more objective points so please bear with me. The Good Lord has blessed my wife and me. We are Hilton Gold Honors Members and Hilton Grand Vacations Club Membership Owners. While we enjoy vacationing, we also see our HGVC Membership as an investment that is enhanced or reduced in value as a result of the actions of ALL Hilton Properties. It is sad to have a poor experience at a lodging facility that should be first rate. I am prepared to take my concerns to the highest level necessary to have them resolved.

Everything was wonderful except the mattress on the bed. There was no pillow top on the mattress. The soft mattress is the primary reason we stay at Hampton Inns. The mattress was hard and we did not sleep comfortably. When we asked about this at the front desk the next morning after arrival, we were told not all Inns have these pillow top beds. This was the first Hampton Inn we had ever stayed at that did not have them. Other than that, this Hampton Inn was the usual wonderful that these Inns normally are. We will continue to stay at Hampton Inns, just not this one.

Provided with excellent customer service when we stopped at this hotel not knowing there were (2) Hampton Inns in Sevierville. Kaylee at the front desk called and got our reservation transferred and we even got a less expensive rate! Everything was super clean and the location is GREAT! Out of the fray around Dollywood - but close enough to get there with lots of amenities close by!

This Hampton didn’t live up to it’s name or reviews...double queen room was tiny, not real clean and the shared door between the closet and bathroom doesn’t truly close or lock. Walls are very thin, heard full conversations! We were also disappointed that someone got sick in the pool and we had to be told by a fellow patron...there was some good stuff, beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. The staff running the breakfast area were very pleasant. It wasn’t terrible but next time we are in town we will take our business elsewhere.

The hotel was very clean. Conveniently located off main highway in Sevierville, TN. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was conveniently located near restaurants and shows in Pigeon Forge as well as grocery store.

This is a fabulous place to stay when traveling to the Smokies. Everything you need is right there. Friendly staff...good night's sleep & hot breakfast waiting for you when you wake up~If you are returning guest then you probably know the back roads to miss all the traffic. A trip to Holstons for a Great steak is a must.~

I found this motel to be clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. While our room was very comfortable, there was a lot of road noise so I asked (the next morning) if we could be moved. There wasn’t any hesitation. The person in charge said they wanted us to be completely comfortable. We were settled in a room in the backside within the hour. The lady in charge of the breakfast buffet was so friendly and had a great personality. She kept the buffet well-stocked with lots of yummy food. This location is a great place to stay. I recommend it highly.
