We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They must have just renovated their rooms and was the first hotel that I've stayed at that had a jetted tub in the bathroom that wasn't an upgrade! The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean. The breakfast was really nice and the person that was serving breakfast was one of the friendliest employees around, actually I was very surprised when we first got to our room we had a phone call from the front desk to make sure we were happy with the room! Nice touch that I've not seen before. Kudo's to the manager! She's done a great job of choosing the best employees. (also, my husband left a very expensive ring there and they mailed it back to us!)

Stopped at Hampton Inn Sevierville on road trip to the east coast. Hotel is near the many tourist attractions in nearby Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg. Hotel was a newer and well designed. Indoor pool is better than typical Hampton. Complimentary breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable but on smaller side. Lobby and breakfast area are nice and well designed. Would consider staying again for a short stay in the area.

this was a great hotel a little outside of town but plenty of places to eat around hotel. no hot tub and had a small pool but it was nice. the staff was better than some of the other hotels in the area.

Awesome place to stay friendly and clean well staffed easy access printer access was great commentary breakfast was good very clean dinning area with tv and newspaper they have different beverages for breakfast

Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. Nice inside pool - Great for kids. Breakfast was very good and fresh and was frequently replenished. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Smokey mountains are just down the road.

Another wonderful stay at Hampton .. we wanted to avoid the crowds of Gatlinburg and stayed in Sevierville .. lots of chain restaurants and outlet malls .. only 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. I was traveling with my mom this time on .. celebrating her birthday our room was very comfortable and clean .. everything looked new and the beds were comfortable. Rooms had small fridge and microwave. Towels were corse and small but plenty of them and like they provided mouthwash. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast .. wish they had brown sugar for the oat meal and yogurt that didn't have that artificial sweetener after taste but the ladies kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. there is an indoor pool. If you drive through the parking lot to the gas station it's easier to get out and head towards town or Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed our stay and the price was very reasonable.

We were visiting the are for our daughter's birthday as well as a tour of UT. We arrived much earlier than expected (5am). We stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes and no one was around. We began walking around to see if we could find an employee. When we finally found someone, he was sleeping in the "pantry" room. I asked if he worked there and his response was, "what do you need?" I explained that we have a reservation, but arrived much earlier than anticipated and needed a room. While still never looking at me, first response was that there were no rooms available. I pressed further as there were very few cars in the parking lot and he then said he was not allowed to check anyone in at this time. I advised that I had two children sleeping in the car and asked if it was ok if we slept in the parking lot...did I mention that he was still sitting in the "pantry" room and still never looked at me? After about 10 minutes of going around with him, he went to the front desk and said he would see what he could do. I advised I was a Hilton Honors member and mostly stayed at Hampton due to the great was lost on him. So it ended up that he booked us a room for the previous day at the FULL AAA rate, not the Honors rate and again booked for the previous day. Due to the fact we had the kids in the car, we had no choice to accept what he offered, but needless to say, we were not happy. Additional to all of that, the place is a dump; the USB ports and the phone in the room did not work. My husband complained about it twice and nothing was done. The front desk folks did not even speak. The only decent service received was from the ladies who work the breakfast area in the mornings (they were amazing). This is not at all what I am used to from Hampton. I could have driven a few miles down the road and stayed somewhere for half the price with more amenities but chose not to because I am always willing to pay more for great service....So if you are like me, this is not a place I'd ever stay. I know I will not be back. ever.

Not sure where to start...ok, let me start here...if you are in the area and are seeking an outstanding hotel, look no further...this hotel will meet or exceed all expectations ! The hotel is centrally located in Sevierville away from a lot of the busy traffic of the mountains but still on the major highway and still accessible within a short period of time to the attractions and traffic of Pigeon Forge. The hotel is located within walking or short driving distance to restaurants. The hotel has a nice pool and a game room and fitness room as well as washer and dryer. The room was very clean (300). The bed was so comfortable, extremely comfortable. It was beautifully decorated...I kept saying that I wished I had the curtains in my home! There is a sliding bathroom door, a night light...I could go on and on . The only thing I noted BUT it did not bother me was the tub seemed narrow. Overall this hotel is a 5 out of 5. Now if what I have written has not convinced you...let me tell you about the friendly, customer focused staff. My first real encounter with staff that amazed me was with Jennie in the dining area. Jeannie is fantastic !!! I mentioned where we were going to dinner and that we would have to find...she got me a map that outlined key places in the area. She made it a point to make sure we had everything we needed. She truly made us fill like we were at home enjoying a family breakfast !! I was so impressed I told the front desk that she was surely an outstanding ambassador for the Hilton brand. She had excellent people helping her and went out of their way to make breakfast enjoyable !!! The young man that changed the trash cans was even friendly and customer focused ! I later realized that each person in the hotel that I encountered was totally customer focused...the people cleaning the room were wonderful. Let me give my last bit of thanks to the two women who were on the front desk on Sunday, August 6...really helped me out and also showed that I as a customer was important. My last thanks goes to the young lady that was on the evening shift ( I think I talked to her around 8 or 9 on Sunday afternoon on the 6 th)..amazing. l love when I talk to someone in case hotel and they are knowledgeable. Seriously this was a 10, if the highest rating was a 5 !!!! This was a wonderful experience and I thank the entire staff !!!! I will be back !!

We loved this hotel. The staff was remarkable - friendly, capable, caring, happy. The rooms are very nice, the location can't be beat. It's close to everything. We visited Dollywood and the World's Biggest Knife Shop while we were in town. Lots of places to eat nearby and a very nice grocery store right across the street.

You expect a certain level of things with Hampton Inns. But this location exceeded them! First of all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was spotless, and the small touches were noticed. A night light in the bathroom, a cool barn door that slid to close, a GOOD blow dryer that wasn't attached to the wall (Ike they trusted us not to take it!). It was quiet, bed was comfortable. And the breakfast was more than expected, with 2 different coffees offered. All in all a nice experience when you are exhausted from traveling all day!
