The hot tubs were great, we had the option of going to the inside or outside ones. We enjoyed the 2 pools as well! Clean and well taken care of, water temps were good! As far as location it’s more toward the end of the strip so not as busy, but quick walk or drive to stuff! The food around the property was good, we were not fans of Bennetts but Corky’s was phenomenal for BBQ. The rooms were spacious, we had 3 people in our party, and had the double queen room! The mini fridge was bigger which was nice! Overall had a great stay and if we are in the area again I will rebook!

For an older hotel the rooms are remodeled and clean. But do not expect any sleep while you’re there! Extremely noisy all night long!! Heated pool was more like lukewarm/cool not really heated, hot tub was great. They do supply pool towels however they are very small (perfect for kids). The breakfast was small but decent, no fresh fruits.

This was the cleanest, safest, easy to park hotel ive stayed in Piegon Forge on the parkway. Updated, clean, big rooms, all the basics. Fridge, micro, hair dryer, coffee maker. I will return

The clean well maintained room, heated indoor pool and location created a positive stay. The breakfast was decent, but not comprehensive. There is very less dining area, so during rush time may have to carry out breakfast to room. We were out early so were able to get space in the dining area.

Went on a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge. Very clean room. No issues at all. Staff was very friendly. Easy check in that only took a minute. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but overall I’d recommend if you’re not picky.
