Best Western Toni Inn

We had never been to Pigeon Forge and had no expectations. The Best Western was very nice and I liked the fact the outdoor pool was set back behind the lobby and not visible to every car driving in the strip! We were in the pool late into the night and the hotel and staff were friendly. Take advantage of the deals from Orbitz on activities to book if you don't have specific plans!

Great experience. Friendly staff. Close to Dollywood. Very clean. Very apparent owners keep up with appearance, maintenance etc.

Loved it . staff was nice breakfast was good... Its close to a lot of restaurants..

We decided to extend our stay one extra night in Pigeon Forge and our hotel was already booked up; we booked at the best western based on price and location. We were pleased with the room we booked a king suite and ended up with number 200, this was the largest hotel room we had ever seen. Overall we were pleased with the room however there are a few things that remind you that you are in fact at a best western and not a higher rated property. The toilet tank lid was not the same size as the tank making it refill very loudly, there is also some wallpaper peeling and the bathroom facilities are dated and feel cheap. Room seemed clean overall however I did notice a silverfish in the bathroom the morning we were checking out. Overall this hotel is a good value for the money if you are traveling with a family or a large group. The room we had could have slept 5 or more easily and there was a tub and shower in addition to the spa tub in the room.

The room was spacious and had been updated. In-room electric fireplace made it feel cozy. Bed was comfortable. Had difficulty with television reception. Maintenance was unable to solve problem - was a cable issue and had to wait until following day. Water temperature in shower was impossible to control - too hot or too cold.

Everything was great except the small blonde in the breakfast room was extremely rude!

decent place to stay, indoor pool and hot tub are too small, hard to get parking at times, breakfast ok, not a lot of seating and gets a bit crowded at times, close to most attractions, over all ok place to stay.

It was comfortable & clean. However, there is a need for a big breakfast area. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

A very nice stay and convenient. Enjoyed the spa.

This Best Western-Toni was right on the strip in Pigeon Forge, Tn. We went to see the colors of the foliage. We always try to stay at a Best Western. We haven't gone wrong yet. Our room was updated and clean. We stayed 3 nights. We loved the full breakfast. The only complaint we had was the layout of the dining room. There was not enough room to pass between the tables and breakfast counter when guests were in line getting their food. The landscaping was nice and there was also an outside eating area, which we enjoyed.

Wish that hotel pools stayed open longer for adults only after a certain time.

It was very convenient! We would stay there again.

The location and the amenities are great! We also enjoyed the breakfast and making our own bear-shaped waffles! I have stayed here twice within a few months time. The only issues I had were with other guests in the hotel. The people next door were extremely loud late into the night on my first stay. On my second stay a family played in the outdoor pool in the middle of April, until midnight. If it were not for these rude guests I would have loved our stay and had no problems. Instead I only "liked" our stay okay.

always enjoy our stay at Toni Inn......love the indoor pool & hot tub

Very nice hotel with a very nice indoor and outdoor pool. Was 6 miles from downtown Gatlinburg but did not have to deal with the noise or the traffic. Bathrooms were a little outdated but still not bad. Clean. Nice assortment for breakfasts. Would stay there again.

The staff was perfect. We asked to be alone and staff made sure of it. Breakfast was really good and very welcomed. I will be going back again. I already recommended a friend and will do so again gladly. Thank you to the staff and front desk for making our weekend perfect. . Thank you you will see us again.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool and hot tub was awesome cause it was freezing cold outside. We only found one spot where the carpet was coming off the wall at the base boards.

Each year we stay at this particular hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A great breakfast is offered with lots of choices. Rates are comparable to other hotels. This hotel is located in the middle of the main strip and close to lots of restaurants and not too far from shops. Also, two pools - one outside and one inside.

The hotel was great we loved staying there. It was close to the mountains and everything. This was the nicest hotel we ever stayed in. We only stayed one night because we had reservations with another hotel but we got in town a day early so we needed something for a day. I wish we could have stayed there for the whole week instead of the other one.

Everything was great. We had a room above the indoor pool so our only thing was kids yelling and playing at 8:30 in the morning
