They did an excellent job in keeping the hotel very clean! Both pool areas were very well maintained also. The breakfast was so delicious and the employees were quick to fill up the missing items. Overall we had a great experience!

The family sweet was very roomy. Its was remodeled very nicely and the pools where very clean and fun. Loved the hot tub.

I have been staying here off and on since I was a little boy. This time I stayed with my 11 year old son. The property has been very well maintained and is easily on par with some of the $100+ rooms per night.

Location is great staff definitely down NOT have the southern hospitality. For an area completely dependent on tourism the staff of this hotel does not represent the area at all! Try being great full for a full house not treating your guests like an inconvience

The hotel room itself wasn't too bad, however the sink drain was very very loud, you can hear water gurgling extremely loud as if water was going to come up at some point but never did. The loud drain kept us up all night. Another bad thing was the TV, it seems as if it lost "service" here and there so it had constant static in and out, that made it hard to enjoy the TV. The room was decently cleaned but had a little funky smell when we first walked in. I wouldn't say it was terrible overall but i would not stay again.

The hotel is nice, you can tell it is an older facility, but it has been well take care of. Very clean, and has two pools (one indoor and one out) each with their own hot tub. The front desk forgot to provide us with the Wi-Fi password so we had to call to get it. There is little to no insulation in each room so you hear your neighbors and street noise very clearly. Also, the air conditioner was extremely noisy when it would kick on, kept waking me up throughout the night. all in all, it was a decent and affordable place to stay.

When people get loud outside, it is not comfortable

Very nice place for a get away. Only complaint was the breakfast area was very crowded, hard to get your food without bumping someone or finding a place to sit, but that was most likely because the hotel was full. The wifi wasn't that good in our room slow or unable to stay connected. But in the pool area or on the patio it was good. If we ever go back there we will book this hotel again.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It has an indoor pool and hot tub that were really nice. It’s also located on a strip filled with several activities and restaurants for different groups to enjoy.

This hotel was clean, great location for lots of different activities. It has the best breakfast with high quality food. Staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. It has a beautiful swimming pool inside and out with a inside hot tub. Very inviting and cozy to sit and relax. Bed was comfortable and water temperature for shower was perfect. Plenty of room for your luggage and personal items. We were very pleased

Awesome location and definitely 5 out of 5 for the money.

Ok place to stay. Good price for a place to sleep. Small poool and hot tub.

only place we have stayed in our 15+ years visiting the smokies !!!

The hotel was dated but very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located in Pigeon Forge and we had a nice visit. It was our first time in this area of the country.

We'll definitely comeback . Nice staff. They served decent and good breakfast. Next visit we will stay longer so we can also try to use the indoor and outdoor pool.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean as well. They have an indoor and outdoor pool which was a plus. Our room was on the ground floor right by the indoor pool which was great. The hot tub was just a tad too hot for my liking, but I still enjoyed the pool which sort of turned my clothes a different color, but oh well. Still had a great stay!

We had never been to Pigeon Forge and had no expectations. The Best Western was very nice and I liked the fact the outdoor pool was set back behind the lobby and not visible to every car driving in the strip! We were in the pool late into the night and the hotel and staff were friendly. Take advantage of the deals from Orbitz on activities to book if you don't have specific plans!

Great experience. Friendly staff. Close to Dollywood. Very clean. Very apparent owners keep up with appearance, maintenance etc.
