I enjoyed my stay at Arbors at Island Landing. The room was very clean and comfortable. They had a nice firepit and supplied Smores to make. It was a little too chilly to take advantage of the outdoor amenities. It seems like a great place to visit during the summer. My only complaint is the breakfast. The listing said local cuisine breakfast included. I misinterpreted this thinking the type of food was local cuisine. It actually included breakfast at a pancake house across the street (very busy street, had to drive to restaurant). The only option for free breakfast was a stack of pancakes. You could upgrade to the breakfast buffet for $6. I only had the breakfast 1 of the 3 mornings. Overall, a nice place to stay and a very reasonable price.

I had a premium room and it was a nice room with nice balcony. All employees were very nice and accomadating . The only complaint i can say i had was the ceili g in my room had about 3 places where it had leaked in the past and they were not fixed. I went to the office and explained to the woman at the desk that it wasn't leaking at the moment but i didn't know if it was wet because i could not reach it. She sent tracy the maintenance guy up to my room and he said oh thats been there for a while and for whatever reason when they renovated the room they didn't fix it. I felt like that was a unacceptable response and action on the business to not have fixed the ceiling. This room was not cheap by no means i paid close to 200 dollars per night. But this will not stop me from staying because other then that one issue my stay was great. Now on my next stay if i run into a similar issue i probably will not stay again
