Watch out the GM Harsh will steal your card info and charge your card with multi rooms and because the front clerk insisted that I get my refund back in my card .. and tosses that reservations aside and encourages me to get my refund at Checkout for the third time. Which gave GM Harsh more time to charge my card , and down payment for our one suite was $387but the second suite that I did NOT BOOK ON BOOK ON DEPOSIT WAS $237 ! Thank goodness I denied the charge cause I knew I was getting scammed ! Don NOT SAY AT All Seasons Suites , breakfast #YUCH , really ….And we are 5 seniors citizens and apparently looked like an easy target ! R U N DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YA WANT YOUR INFO HACKED CHARGES FROM EVERY where CHARGES start coming asking Did you just spend $123 at some clothes bouty ??????

This Hotel is in great need of an overhaul. There have been repairs done to the numerous roof leaks and other damages but they have been done poorly and further leaks have occurred after the repairs. We booked a jacuzzi room, and apparently they only have one. It is located on the first floor down a narrow hallway in which there was a large trash can catching water(?) leaking from the second floor. Upon opening the room, you enter a small kitchen. The cooktop shown in the pictures has been replaced by a smaller one and the installer had to cut out a piece of counter top to make it fit, but it was cut too small and left gaps between the counter and the cooktop. The furniture shown in the pictures was much older and dated and sagging from the time the pictures were made. The toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush. I returned to the desk after seeing the room. The front desk clerk had been friendly and welcoming but I told her that I didn't feel that the room was acceptible and she told me I had to cancel my reservation on Expedia. I asked if there was another room and she there was no other jacuzzi room and we'd have to cancel this room and go online to book another. By this time my husband came in and we discussed it and we decided to stay if the jacuzzi worked. The clerk offered me a plunger to get the toilet working. The jacuzzi worked but the water supply to the tub was very slow to fill the tub and took about a half hour to cover the jets. The breakfast was hot/acceptable

It is also a terrific location for getting to and from Dollywood. The staff was great and the breakfast was plentiful. The room was clean and the beds provided a great night of sleep for me and my guests.

I am sure this was quite a show piece in its heyday. The motel was fairly clean but is an older and faded. The picture shown on Expedia site must be at least 15 years old. The price was too high for this dated of a motel. There was siding loose and coming off the building. I killed a couple roaches in the room. There was a musty smell in the room. There were no power outlets for USB devices.

The room was in very poor condition. Holes in the wall, stained/dirty walls and surfaces. It was clean, but very poorly maintained for a "suite". This room should not have been offered to guests until repaired. It was clean, however. Breakfast was included and ok. Not much variety, the gravy was watery but the sausage was good and they have waffle makers so if was fine.
