The chalet was as described and pictured. Perfect for our family of 6 with all of the amenities and plenty of space. The view of the mountains was so beautiful! We were a quick drive to nearby trailheads. Our host was very responsive when needed. My only critique is that there was only one towel per guest for our 4 day stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

This chalet is great and worked out very well for our family of five. We had a small issue with the AC/heat, and the owner fixed the issue immediately. The view of the mountains is incredible, and the layout of the house is convenient. The hot tub was also a great addition after a long day of activities! It's so close to Ober Mountain, the Parkway, and the National Forest.

The place was great! There are definitely bears in the area. While unpacking a bear got into a backseat. He stole a bag with 2 bottles of juice and enjoyed them while we all watched. Our only complaint was there is only 1 towel per person. The wives in the group were disappointed because they use 2 because of their hair. I have seen this issue in another review. In our opinion this should be looked at
