Hillbilly Hilton was beautiful, clean, organized, and very accommodating for our family group. The game room was a huge hit with everyone…fun games and cozy places to sit and talk. The porches were very nice, too. The host was extremely and promptly responsive.

I have used Vrbo many times. Recently, I have noticed that many rental agencies are taking over the rentals. I used to speak to owners. The email I received this time stated a couples' name and said they were happy to rent to me. However, we never spoke to "owners". We spoke to an overseas call center. We did not have internet or tv service all weekend. I contacted the management company many times. We had a problem with the whirlpool tub in the master bedroom. The water continued to run. I did not receive any help from the rental agency. The next morning, the water was still turned off, because my family knows how to handle situations like this. All day Saturday, I called/emailed/texted the rental agency. They did not offer us a new rental, they did not know when the situation would be completed, and they offered me a small refund. The situation was very difficult and not handled professionally. In the future, I want to know what rental agencies are taking care of what properties before I make reservations.
