Our family trip included grandparents, parents, a teenager, and a 3-year-old, and this home was perfect for all of us. The cabin was clean, spacious and beautiful. We especially loved the game room, theater room, and hot tub. There was something for everyone to enjoy.The floor-to-ceiling windows were a standout feature and provided spectacular views, which was a major reason we chose this cabin. The location was also ideal, with easy access to Gatlinburg, and we really appreciated the flat, convenient parking area.As a small suggestion, it would be great if the cabin included a few jigsaw puzzles for guests to enjoy. We actually left one behind for future renters!Overall, the host was very helpful, and we had a wonderful stay at Mountain View Manor. We would definitely recommend it.

The toilet down stairs was leaking. Someone came to fix it but still leaked. It advertises 18, but not enough beds. The picture showed 3 bunk beds downstaris but there was only 2. Taking dishes out of the cabinet some were dirty. Dishwasher only work on heavy load not normal wash. Not enough towels. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. Only 1 kitchen towel was left and a small bottle of dish soap. I would call or email and there were times they didn't get back to me. After all of this we did enjoy our stay and the view from the cabin was awesome.

The view was absolutely breathtaking! The cabin was also beautiful and had everything we needed! Check in was a bit frustrating. I tried getting in touch with someone and wasn’t able to. We were at the cabin about 30 minutes early and sat there for about 15 minutes before we received the code to the door. It would be nice if there was a phone number to actually speak to a live person rather than AI. We were able to park all of our vehicles (4) with no trouble. We had a terrific time overall and will be looking to book here again in the future.
