Amazing property with great amenities. Had a couple fir minor electrical issues that the host was very diligent abbout working to fix. The hot tub was out sevice this month but we made due.

Loved the location and the bear visits. Great beds and complete kitchen. First impression is it's neglected. Growth down the stairs and around the deck was so thick it blocked the view and made the steps a trial. Needs carpet cleaning and detail cleaning. It worked well for the most part, but we felt it wasn't what we expected.

We loved the cabin. It was spacious for all 6 of us to be comfortable. The added bonus of the pool table in the basement was great. The location was good and we even got to see bears on several days- up close!

Wonderful stay, location and BEARS!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the house! It’s centrally located with easy access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had daily visits from momma bear and her cubs - truly amazing! The property has nice sleeping areas for each guest with privacy and comfort. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and all of the awesome things to do in the area!

Enjoyed the stay here. There were a few issues that while response was quick, resolution wasn’t. That being said in the end it was made right. Property was clean the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out. Games were plenty.Only suggestion cut some of the vegetation and the view will be fantastic!We saw bears up close that was a plus for the grand kids!Thank you

A good place

It was such a wonderful place and getting to see the mana bear and her 3 cubs everyday was a bonus, the internet never worked for us the whole time we were there, and we followed all directions and reached out, other than that it was amazing. Beds were comfortable and it was so peaceful

Real Black Bear Haven

We came to celebrate long-time friendships, enjoy the great outdoors, and hopefully spot some bears—and this stay delivered it all. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed to give everyone plenty of personal space. The bear-themed décor was a fun touch, especially since we had the incredible experience of a mother bear and her four cubs hanging out just 50 feet from the cabin throughout our stay!Watching the cubs play was the highlight of the trip for me. Even though their close presence kept us from using the hot tub, I have no regrets. The views from the cabin were stunning, and we were just minutes from some amazing hiking trails.This was my first time organizing a mountain getaway with friends, and they loved every minute of it. I’ll definitely be booking this cabin again!

Other than some issues with the hot tub we had a great time. The grandkids had a blast hiking and looking for bears.

Friend and family long weekend

House was perfect and beds comfortable for plenty space and privacy for group of single adults. Kitchen well stocked to cook our own meals. Gas grill was great plus. We actually had no issues fitting 2 pickups and a Subaru in the driveway. Great house. Very narrow road to the cabin and the driveway itself. Lots steps so not recommended if anyone has mobility issues.

Work Group

Property was everything as listed. Very cool place, nice and quiet. Seems like you’re in the middle of nowhere but we could get into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge in less than 20 minutes. The overall rating would’ve been 5 Stars but the hot tub went out on the second night and the owner wasn’t able to get anyone out to even assess the situation until our last evening on site. We also had internet connectivity issues but those were resolved by a couple text messages and information from the owner. I will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits to the area.
