The cabin is 3272 Sq Ft over 4 floors and sleeps 18.

Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

Good stay and great views

We had a great stay at this property in the Smoky Mountains. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The location was ideal, and we really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. The community pool was a hit with the kids, and the pickleball courts added a fun activity for the whole family.The home itself was spacious and had a lot of potential, but there were a few drawbacks that affected the overall experience. For a group of 12, the kitchen was surprisingly understocked—only 9 forks made mealtime a bit of a juggling act. The sliding glass doors required quite a bit of effort to open and close, which wasn’t ideal. Also, the hot tub needed to be filled upon arrival, and the heavy cover had to be manually lifted and replaced each time, which was a bit of a hassle.Overall, it was a good stay in a house that could use some overdue maintenance and small upgrades. With a few fixes, this place could easily go from good to great. That said, the location and community amenities really made the trip memorable.

We stayed with a large group of 15. We had 8 adults, 6 kids and a baby. Our only inconvenience was the trip up and down the mountain so keep that in mind when coming and going. The house was huge with a great view. We cooked plenty of meals and never felt cramped. Great place for a large group to vacay!

Beautiful views, wonderful cabin!

My family and I, along with my fur baby had a wonderful time at this cabin. The view from the decks were lovely. The inside was very spacious and the bedrooms were just as big. We had such a great time, we didn’t want to leave. The owners were awesome. They checked on us to make sure the cleanliness of the cabin was up to standard and offered to send someone out if it wasn’t. I appreciated that so much. We also got to see many bears traveling to and from the cabin during our stay. There was a simple check out list that was easy to manage. We would definitely consider staying at this cabin again.

Big family Vacation

We were happy with the entire experience! This cabin did not disappoint. Very roomy for the 15 of us! We loved the view and even better the Mama bear and her cubs that we were able to see a couple of the nights. Booking was easy, communication was great and getting to the cabin was no problem. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again!

Best Chalet - Best Host

This chalet is huge with fantastic views! We had a lot of extra room. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is very well stocked for those that like to cook. It snowed one day - all day and Josh allowed us a late check out! Can’t say enough good things about Josh, he was so accommodating to our family - much appreciated.

SO nice!!

This property was clean, the floor plan is laid out well and perfect for large families! (We had 16 in our party) we all really enjoyed our stay here! The only 2 things we didn't like is that the water is way too sensitive! It can be ice cold and you barely adjust it warmer and it' gets scalding quickly! If someone in the house flushes or turns on any other water, your shower water gets scalding suddently! This was a safety concern for me when the kids showered, even though I prepared them for how it does. They make temperature safety gauges for this, I have them at my personal home. Second is the bottom floor has an exterior door without a deadbolt, which I feel could be a safety concern for some. Overall though, it was a great stay and would stay there again.

Nice family cabin

Overall, a nice place. Drive up the mountain is a bit daunting. Lots of stairs - 4 levels. Kitchen is stocked well including some spices. Beautiful views and great star gazing at night.

CEA Tenn Trip

House is located on the side of a hill. Balcony views are obstructed by overgrown trees and brush. Tv's had no instructions and not easy to use. There should be a how to list. Had some cleanliness issues that were taken care of. Was told they are training new cleaning people. Hot tub leaks and had to be filled daily. One bedroom suite had something clawing/chewing within the floors during the night. The property manager said they could get anyone out till the end of the month. So I would give it a good 4 stars but needs some work to make me give it an excellent 5 Stars !!

Amazing Bear-Filled Stay in Gatlinburg

Gorgeous property with plenty to do for all 13 members of our family. From hanging out in the hot tub, playing pool, or relaxing by the TV, we filled our week with great memories. Shortly after check-in we were greeted by a mama bear and her 2 cubs. They made daily visits, and we saw them playing in other yards on our way to and from the pool. Thank you for sharing this amazing home with us!!

Perfect!

Family vacation from the UK. We were desperate to see bears and were not disappointed. I would stress make sure you lock your cars. They sat in ours looking for dinner!! Thankfully no damage and some great pictures! The house was great. Josh was very responsive to our needs We thought the grill gas had ran out but was actually on a safety timer. He got another propane tank to us straight away. We were sad to leave. Thank you for a wonderful vacay!!!!

The view is beautiful and it was super clean upon arrival. The road up to the house is steep and winding--beautiful, but a bit of a challenge for us. Josh was very responsive when we needed something. Everything worked out well.

Beautiful location and excellent host!

Such a beautiful location. The cabin was well kept. We saw a total of 14 black bears during our five day stay! We had an issue with air conditioning the first night, but the host had it fixed immediately the next morning! Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Overall we had a great stay. The accommodations were very clean and everything worked as it should. I would note that this is not the place for anyone with mobility issues. If you're in good shape and don't mind lots of stairs it's a great place.
