Pictures accurately depicted space. Host was extremely courteous and helpful. Within walking distance of many of the major attractions-eliminates parking hassles. Overall an excellent experience.

Excellent Host & Location

Laurie has such a great little condo to stay in! The location could not be more perfect, especially if you have little ones because Anakeesta and the aquarium are so close. We were a bit cramped, but my husband and I both agreed that if it was just the two of us or if our kids were older than 2, that it would’ve felt more spacious. I would recommend not booking this place for the pool if that’s a reason you’re booking. It was not clean and just made you feel gross when you got out. This isn’t anything against Laurie as the pool is maintained by the condo complex. We had such an amazing stay and Laurie even had little gifts for us upon arrival. Thank you so much, Laurie! We will be back!

Smoky Mountain Fun

Property was in a perfect location for walking to a lot of the main attractions in Gatlinburg and had easy access to Newfound gap. Check in was easy and we were surprised to see the gift and extra goodies upon entry. Thank you so much for making the stay enjoyable and very welcoming.

Great location! Within walking distance to Gatlinburg strip, so we didn't need to pay for parking. The space was comfortable. Only negative, advertised hot tub was closed.

Highly recommend!! Great stay!!

Great location, easy parking, close to some great hiking! Cherokee Orchard Road is super close and has awesome trails. We've stayed in other condos within the building but this one was nop notch! Very short walk to everything! Check out the Donut Friar in the Village for breakfast! Check-in and out was super easy! Laurie is a great host!

Vacation

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. However the location puts it in an area that can be and is very loud a lot of the time. There is a main road that runs behind the building and it’s busy til late at night. The condo is in an older building and it does show its age. However, it does have everything you need for your stay. Being able to cook and eat in is a great asset. The host does have a nice binder of tips and things to do. This can be very helpful if you are unfamiliar with the area. She also sends a very informative email prior to check in with lots of tips as well. This place is a cute condo in a good location.

We enjoyed it. Wasn’t as big as pictures appeared to make it. Was not as clean as would have liked but anywhere you go may have dirt even in hotels so don’t expect anything perfect.

40th Anniversary

We couldn’t’ have been happier with the location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The condo suited all our needs and had such a romantic flair. Best anniversary yet!!! Can’ t wait to come back to Gatlinburg again.

This condo was only a couple blocks away from the main strip! Very clean condo, pretty decor and a wonderful owner. She checked in with us a couple times making sure we were having a good time and letting us know just to ask if we needed anything. Super happy with our stay!
