The view was beautiful, however the circuit on the cabin constantly popped. This caused the frige to go out. The fridge is too small for this size cabin and the door continously came open. There are only 2 seats on the porches to enjoy the view. We had 19 people.

Mountain Getaway

This was a family vacation and there were 14 of us. The house set up was perfect given all the bedrooms and each with its own bath. The kitchen was well stocked which was a nice surprise. Please think about adding more outdoor furniture though so folks can enjoy the beautiful views.

Good customer service. Cabin was inadequate!

Surprise! We get there only to find the oven was broken; the hot tub lid was missing and later found down the hill broken; 2 jets only working; jacuzzi tub didn’t work and cabin was not clean. Reported the hot tub lid, then informed about the broken oven which put a damper on the 2 big family meals we have. Spoke with Manager who said the broken oven was beyond there control. Had to ask for a discount off the rental which was reluctantly given, since they didn’t normally offer it. As for cleanliness. Left the cabin cleaner than we found it. Nobody pays attention to detail. They did send a gentleman out on Sunday to clean the hot tub and the broken cover. Couldn’t keep temps up so didn’t use. I wouldn’t book this cabin again.
