Host was very accommodating and answered every question we had. We’ve stayed at Summit Manor before but this was the first time staying with this host. Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We would definitely recommend staying here, 10/10.

Pristine and comfortable beds! Christmas decor was a nice touch. Just be aware that there are some restrictions that are unusual. We had two condos in this building because we traveled with my husband’s family. My kids’ cousins couldn’t even come watch tv with them because they say they will kick you out if you have ANY visitors:/ None of the extras we’ve come to expect in VRBO rentals such as complimentary dish soap, some seasonings in the cabinets, sugar and creamer packets for coffee, etc. As stated, immaculately clean, not necessarily cozy comfort for families.

It was a great Condo, beautiful and clean, we enjoyed ourselves alot, the only thing i would say that was bad, was the walk back up to the Condo from the main st.

Great condo in a perfect location. Host was quick to respond with questions. Had no issues and a great stay. The elevator is out to the street level. This did not bother us at all but the hill is steep if you have mobility issues. We will definitely stay here again. Loved the condo and the location! Thanks for a great trip.

Friends getaway

Very nice, clean and great location even though there is a bit of a hill to walk it is worth it being that close to Gatlinburg and still feeling like you are in the mountains. Definitely would stay here again! We had a bear come by at 10:30 am and some raccoons visit in the evening. Several restaurants are near by so I’m assuming because of location they pass by often.

We stayed for the location. We needed to be close to the Convention Center. The location of this property was excellent. It was easy to walk to anything on the main strip alsoIt was clean and the owners always replied very quickly to any communication.

Beautiful condo

We loved the condo! It was beautiful and very clean! The only problem was that the elevator down to the Parkway street level was out of order during our 3 night stay. Since we are all senior citizens, we had to drive up and down the extremely steep driveway to the condo every time we went out. The main reason we chose this location was because we could walk everywhere and we wouldn't have to drive and then pay for parking each we left the condo. We will make sure the elevator to the street is working before booking next time.

Conference stay

The Vrbo process is a bit different in that we really don't receive much indicating all is ready to go until right before we are to arrive, which is a bit nervy. More communications a week or two prior to the stay would be appreciated. As far as the property, it was nearly perfect. The manager was right on top of any communications and the place was clean and well decorated. It made for a great stay. Highly recommend this location

Great condo and location but with some challenges.

Great condo that is clean and nice inside. The challenge is that it’s on a hill with the middle units in need of repair and needing remodeled and limited amenities. Elevator to the office has been shut down so you have to walk the steep hill each time you leave.

Just As Listed!

One downfall to the property is the ‘out of service’ elevator. Price overall for the unit was over priced after arriving to realize the elevator was inoperable. Outside of this, the unit was as advertised and cleanliness was phenomenal. Thank you!

Excellent Stay, Fantastic Unit and Hosts!

Great location, VERY nice 2BR 2 bath condo unit, great communications with host. The unit was absolutely spotless. There was plenty of very convenient parking. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating when our originally scheduled visit was made impossible by a snowstorm. Couldn't have been happier! Highly recommended!
