The Space:

This cabin combines comfort, entertainment, and modern updates. Main level includes a king bedroom with ensuite and a queen bedroom opening to the deck. Living area has vaulted ceilings, fireplace, sectional seating, and Smart TV. Kitchen and dining area make meals easy and enjoyable.



Upstairs, the bunk bedroom with dual queen-over-queen beds and private bath offers a playful retreat. The upper-level game room features a pool table and direct deck access, perfect for morning coffee or friendly competition.



The lower level has a king and queen bedroom plus a full theater with reclining chairs, popcorn machine, and game console. Lower-level access makes the cabin convenient for mobility-challenged guests.

Guest Access:

Walk to downtown or use a vehicle for wider exploration. Gatlinburg Trolley (free), Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley, rideshare, and taxis are convenient.

Flat parking for 6 full-size vehicles - Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RV’s, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

Guest Requirements & Security:

Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.



Refunds:

Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
