Although the weather was rainy and cool and we didn't get to spend as much time as we would have liked outdoors, we had a great time. The cabin was beautiful! We did see a mama bear and 4 cubs so were excited about that. My only recommendation would be to put a mini fridge in the game room.

For my first time in a cabin, I absolutely loved this location. It was well worth the price. I loved everything about it. The little things like having the ice trays completely filled for the guest was so thoughtful! The only negative is that dang driveway haha but still, it was well worth it!!

What an amazing cabin and HOST!! We have absolutely no complaints, nor did we experience any issues during our visit. The cabin was completely stocked with normal daily items (linens, kitchen utensils, appliances, bathroom sundries). Between the game room and the outside front deck, each night was filled with ongoing family activities. The cabin was close to local activities. Hoping to return again! Thank you, Brandon, for making our experience WONDERFUL!!

The cabin was clean, spacious, and inviting. The National Park was super and lots of walking. This is the 2nd time for us to stay at this cabin. Really nice place, but is getting more commercialized.

This house was perfect for the 3 couples in our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house was furnished with all of the necessities. The host was extremely nice to deal with!! 5 STARS!

Cabin was exactly as pictured. A great space to stay with 3 couples and a couple of young kids. Baby gates are at both ends of the stairs to provide a safe space. The kitchen was stocked with cookware but lacked some basic things you find at other rentals - spices, oil, coffee. Additionally, the host listed providing the basics for your stay (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) but didn’t specify that only 2 trash bags would be provided. This was not altered for our longer week stay or based on the size of our party. 2 trash bags for 8 people over 6 days was not enough. We were informed once we used what was provided it was on us to buy more. Overall, cabin was clean and had a great view of Gatlinburg but guidelines around supplies provided could be adapted to better fit group size and stay.

Such a beautiful chalet our family had the best time it's beautiful and the views were to die for! The location is perfect minutes from Gatlinburg and a quick jont to Pigeon Forge. We were visited every day by the cutest bear and even saw a momma and her cubs the last day! 5 out of 5 stars we will be back!

The stay at this Vrbo was more than the pictures even show. The views from the balcony at sunrise and sunset were stunning. It was close to downtown but yet far enough away that you dont hear the cities hustle and bustle of the city life and all its craziness. The place was clean and the feel of home. I/we will be going back again.
Even nature makes you feel at home. Just be smart and don't try to pet them. They are still wild just people acclimated.

We had a great time at this cabin. Great view and could see the fire works from Dollywood in the evenings. There was a lot of fun things to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and they were close to the cabin.

Amazing cabin!

This cabin was perfect for our family! It was the most well-stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed in - they had everything you could think of possibly needing. The deck is awesome and the views from it are amazing. It was very clean and also had a pool that we were able to use which my kids loved. We will definitely stay here again!!

Family Getaway at Bearfoot Escape

My wife and I stayed here with our 4 adult children July 5-8, 2025. It was an amazing stay, and we will likely invite friends and return. The description provided didn't even describe how clean and nice this cabin is. The difference to us was in the little things like great appliances, kitchen utensils and pots/pans. They were great, and it allowed us to cook each night like we were at home. The furniture was nice and very comfortable. The design and feel of the house is beautiful! We used the foosball and pool table a ton - it was awesome. There are smart TVs in every room - easy to use! As promised, the views are amazing, and we spent a lot of time on the deck grilling and enjoying the gas fire pit (both are hooked up to a gas line, so no running out of gas!) If there was a negative, it would be the location of the hot tub. It's behind the house on a small patio with lots of trees and other greenery around it. It wasn't ideal, but we weren't interested in using it, so it wasn't a negative for us. And if you're hoping to see some wildlife, we had bear sightings on or near the property each day. It was awesome! Little fella was just looking for a snack! Last, Brandon and his cleaning crew are amazing. My daughter left a beloved item behind, and they've already found it and are making plans to return it to us. Thanks Brandon! We'll be back.
