Really nice hotel very close to downtown Gatlinburg. Trolly stop 1/2 block from hotel Friendly workers at the hotel. A really nice breakfast. Free parking is a huge plus. Balcony with chairs overlooking the small river behind hotel

The room was clean and beds comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. The balcony overlooks the river and mountains. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be staying here next time we visit Gatlinburg. The city trolley is very convenient also. Trolley stop is near the inn.

This was our 2nd , we love the view of the rivers, setting on balcony listening to rush water , so relaxing. The only suggestion I would have is if they could install another drink machine and maybe a snack machine, so you don’t have to run across street for a late snack.

Where do I start? The rooms are newly renovated and awesome. Lots of room for the four in our group. Loves that the shower/tiolet area was seperate from sink. Clean. But the absolute BEST part of the stay was opening the back door to the balcony that overlooked the river. And then it started snowing! Having a warm breakfast each morning really hit the spot as well and saved us a lot of time. Excellent location. Wish we would of had time to enjoy the fire pit out on the deck and the pool is in a glass atrium right beside it and it felt WARM! There are a lot of things in walking distance but it was in the low 30s to 20s so we opted to park closer and it was $20 at every lot. We will be staying here again!
