.... modernisiert, jedoch nicht zu Ende gedacht ... z.B. keine Wand-Kleiderhaken (ausschließlich in den Wandschränken, deren Höhe für Einteiler nicht ausreicht und bei feuchter Ski-Bekleidung ohne ausreichende Belüftung - Türen müssen offen stehen, ragen in den Raum) ... sehr hellhörig ... das Appartement liegt im Kellerbereich direkt neben dem Skistall, vor dem sich alle (!) Hausbewohner ihre Skistiefel anziehen ... das Appartement ist für sechs Personen ausgewiesen, aufgrund der engen Verhältnisse im zweiten Schlafraum und im "Verschlag" mit dem Stockbett für maximal 4 Erwachsene + 1 Kind geeignet ... im zweiten Schlafraum befinden sich jeweils 2 Steckdosen in Kopfhöhe, deren Nutzen nicht gegeben ist, dafür fehlt hier ein Ein-/Ausschalter für das Deckenlicht, da das relativ schmale Bett nur von der Fußseite her "geentert" werden kann ... die zweite Toilette ist nur von einer Schiebetür vom Ess-/Aufenthaltsbereich getrennt (ohne Kommentar) ... die Ecken der Duschen wurden vom Reinigungspersonal noch nicht entdeckt (ohne Kommentar) ...
