Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr gut gelegen. Warum wir nur einen Stern geben: im KĂŒchen Wohnzimmerbereich kommt das Abflussrohr von der oberen Wohnung durch, verkleidet mit einer dĂŒnnen Holzschicht. Dies bedeutet, dass zu jeder Tages und Nacht Zeit man die KlogerĂ€usche der Nachbarn sehr laut vor allem im Wohn und KĂŒchenbereich hört, was insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund nicht ok ist, dass hier auch angebotene SchlafplĂ€tze sind, so dass unsere einer Sohn permanent geweckt wurde von sehr unappetitlich GerĂ€uschen.Auf unsere Beschwerden wurden wir erst abgewimmelt dann vertröstet und danach keine Reaktion mehr. Dieses bei dem sehr hohen Preis der Wohnung eine nicht akzeptable Reaktion. Ich kann leider diese Wohnung deswegen nicht empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung fĂŒr 4 Personen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, das Schlafen auf dem Schlafsofa im Gemeinschaftsraum (falls man die Wohnung mit mehr 4 Personen nutzen möchte) wird leider durch sehr laut hörbare AbflussgerÀusche aus den SanitÀrrÀumen der Wohnungen in den Obergeschossen gestört. Alles andere war top.
