"oleandro" Apartment Directly on the Lake

The 'Oleandro' appartment is located in a renovated rustico in a very quiet area of Gargano, the centre of which is a 10-minute walk away.
Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and green lawns that reach down to the shore of the beach, it enjoys an incredible view of the lake and mountains.
Choosing this accommodation gives you the opportunity to admire the lake from the cosy terrace while drinking coffee, and you have access to a large lawn with a barbecue and a private beach.

Gargnano is considered one of the pearls of the western basin of the lake.
In the main street there are many bars, restaurants and shops.

All rooms are air-conditioned and there are two parking spaces on the property.

Cleaning procedure: we sanitise the entire house using products labelled PMC (Presidio Medico Chirurgico), which are the only products approved to kill bacteria/viruses.
In addition, upon request, we can carry out an ozone treatment, one of the best non-chemical odour removers and sanitisers in the world. This machine can deeply purify a room, even all fabrics, mattresses, pillows, etc. It eliminates all bacteria and viruses that a previous guest may have left behind. The additional cost for this treatment is calculated on request.

Pets are welcome but we do not accept more than 1 dog/cat and charge €75 pet fee.

Insgesamt sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit direktem Zugang zum See. Gemeinschaftliche Nutzung des Gartengrundstücks, der Liegen und des Grills hängt sicherlich auch von den Verhaltensweisen der anderen Gäste ab. Der vorhandene Parkplatz ist für größere Autos (bei uns T7) recht eng. Besonders, wenn die anderen Gäste auch keinen kleineren Wagen haben.Fußläufigkeit zur schönen Promenade mit entsprechenden Restaurants war für uns sehr gut, auch wenn es schon ein Stückchen zu laufen war.Statt des abgebildetem Sonnenschutzes auf der schönen Balkonterrasse, mit tollem Ausblick auf den See, gab es nur noch einen Sonnenschirm. War für uns aber okay.Alles in allem für uns eine fünf Sterne Bewertung! Hatten die Wohnung zur viert als Familie gebucht.

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den See

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, zu der die sehr schön gelegene Wohnung wesentlich beigetragen hat. Der Blick vom Balkon auf eine Olivenbaum-Wiese und auf den Gardasee ist großartig. Die ruhig gelegene Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Man konnte auch direkt vor der Hauseingangstür parken. Bei einer technischen Rückfrage war ein Mitarbeiter der Agentur auch sofort da.
