This is your chance to stay in a newly built custom 4-bedroom dream home. There's a hidden treasure tucked in the trees of the Terrace Lakes Golf Course that may just be the perfect little patch of paradise for your next group vacation. Be still and rest in the forest while listening to sounds of nature in your own private Idaho. The serene yet simple ambiance that surrounds you will astound your senses. With 2 king beds and 3 queen beds, this tremendous house offers plenty of space and privacy for you and your guests to relax and enjoy. Forget your worries- all the necessities are provided: WiFi, washer/dryer, smart control AC/heating, steamer & iron. Two bathrooms are equipped with large showers and the upper level also has a bidet for your comfort. Cook with ease in the gorgeous granite counter kitchen galley, grill on the gas bbq, make smores in the firepit, or just hang out on the back deck taking in the gorgeous view. Golf 18 holes in the majestic mountains, play pickleball, swim or soak in a geothermal pool, dine at the restaurant or have your favorite cocktail at the bar - all within the Terrace Lakes resort and within walking distance. *Winter warning: your safety is our utmost concern - please be aware that this location is in the mountains; plan for ice and snow from late Nov. to March; a 4wd vehicle with sufficient clearance will likely be needed; if the steep driveway is slick or snowpacked, you may not be able to access the front mid-level or lower level by car and would have to use the 2 parking spots along main road, then walk about 40 feet down/uphill with appropriate non-slip footwear while packing your luggage, which may be difficult if heavy. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If possible, collect in 1 large bag (located in bottom drawer of murphy bed) and take trash to dumpster by clubhouse on your way out.
If you'd like to recycle aluminum cans, put them in the smaller silver receptacle by the garage door
To lock the back deck glass door, you have to hold up the lever until you hear it click/engage and then turn the bolt
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very clean house with a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The instructions and communication with hosts was very clear with helpful tips. The three floors gave two families lots of room to spread out. Great access to Terrace Lakes hotsprings.

We had a wonderful trap.. The house was clean and ready for us. The view from the balcony was perfect, you were amongst the trees and even watched people golf.The main level driveway was very steep. There was plenty of parking on the lower level though.All of my friends are ready to go home and purchase a new sink for their kitchen. They all loved the experience of using yours.The homeowners were very thoughtful and understanding when I had car troubles and couldn’t check out at the exact moment we needed to do. I’m very grateful for that.

Best place to rent in Terrace Lakes!!!!

We really enjoyed everything about this property. The details they put into their properly, location, view and quality is the best in Terrace Lakes. The owner was so responsive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this cabin for your stay!!!!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Treasure House in Terrace Lakes. The location was beautiful and the house was really nice. It was quiet and you could hear the creek from the balcony, which was nice. Lots of great accommodations in the cabin since it’s new. We really liked the bidet and heated floors!

Beautiful cabin with lots of space!

Our group of friends loved celebrating New Year’s Eve at the cabin. It’s a quick drive from Boise making it a great location. The kitchen was well stocked, beds/bedding was great, we loved the bidet, and communication with Carey was excellent. The driveway is steep and tricky when snow/ice covered. I would not take anything but a 4 wheel drive vehicle down if there is snow. Carey did a good job communicating this to us. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It is definitely upscale. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We had ample space for our family of five. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and taking in the view and wildlife that roamed by. The house is very close to the Terrace Lakes Resort and Crouch. Would highly recommend!
